Harbor Freight Tools

This is a tinkerer's dream store. They have a little bit of everything to encourage your DIY inner child. Clean, well stocked store with friendly staff. You should plan on a long checkout line during peak hours, but it's well worth the wait.

Update: i stil love this place and spend way too much time in here. They always have something that I didn't know that I needed. I'm just glad they finally put one here in Heath.

This location is clean and well organized. They stopped with their coupons, but still great everyday deals. They were having a black Friday sale this weekend and a lot of the items were discounted. It is hard not to spend a lot of time in this store because it has everything from sump pumps, solar panels, watch repair kits, and pretty much any tool imaginable. Definitely worth a visit!

I've had great luck with their basic hand tools and products when it comes to power tools you get what you pay for so pay attention to their rating system. If you're think you will use it one project and let it sit on the shelf for 10 years the good rating might work. If it's daily use better get best.

People where really friendly and I even signed up for the membership :-)

I love shopping at Harbor Freight. The prices are reasonable. They have cool things like little brushes on a ring. They fit in small spots. Go check them out you'll be glad you did!

Infrequent visitor but always find what we came for when we shop - and then some. Offer an on-site coffee bar and my husband can shop all day while I sip a hot one. :)

Seriously unbeatable prices on a variety of goods. They are like a hardware store with stuff mostly made in the same factories but at sometimes as low as half the price. Friendly staff, as well. Morgan who worked the register was really helpful.

I work for a big box competitor and it’s always a positive stop regardless if I find what I’m looking for. The store is clean, stocked and customer service is second to none. Keep it up!

Had went into store about 8 minutes before they closed I was told I only had about 8 minutes I told him it wasn't going to take me long they were very helpful and letting me know or anything was that I was looking for I got to the register very friendly staff overall all very good experience

Loaded a bag of blast media into shopping cart and headed to checkout. After scanning barcode the employee asked about my use of soda. Whoa! I thought I had selected abrasive media. Took a bit to confirm indeed this was a 50 pound bag of soda. Second employee helped locate the aluminum oxide media I wanted. Thanks for helping in purchase of desire product!
