I love getting my tattoo equipment here. The staff that I've run into at this location are not particularly knowledgeable about the workings of each piece, but they are always very happy to show us whatever they have in stocks.

A really great showroom with plenty of choices. I have been coming here for 12 years now & I always find a unique quality piece for a decent price. There is always something else that catches my eye along the way & just have to get it too.
I like that they support Ohio artists. They have some very unique pieces. Some are pricey, but if you look you can find one at a price you don’t mind messing up.

The new manager is doing an amazing job! He's very knowledge about world for such a young age. Wise beyond his years! This place has a great variety of all kinds of goodies! Lots of horror merch that is way cool! Tattoo gadgets, guns, and ink. And some exceptional pieces of glass pipes and bowls along with plenty of old school everything and so much more! I love talking with the very cool and chill staff every time I stop by. Hey guys! I'm the bubbly different colored hair chick from Florida!! Gimme a job! I'll work for free hahaha! I just love the atmosphere a lot! Amazing jobs guys!!

Ally was incredibly helpful and thankfully patient as she took the time showing me pretty much every scale in the joint, not minding that I also cared about the aesthetics of it all and how cute it was. And since they offer a lifetime warranty for such items I was very thankful that Ally thought ahead by printing out the proof of purchase that I would need if such an issue were to occur. great shop, great employees, fair prices, functional hours & good location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Super nice staff and the guy was wonderful because he was closing for the night and came to the door an unlocked it and let me and my sister in the store to get the 3 items we needed for our tattoos, I was only in town for one more night and if we wouldn't have been able to get the stuff we needed. We wouldn't have been able to get our matching sister tattoos that night! So thankful we was able to get what we needed an do our tattoos before I drove 8 hours back to NC from Akron Ohio.

This place is great! Caring staff with a helpful hand always at the ready. Even what they dont know they use what knowledge is present to help make a choice without pushing one way or another. I was even short on cash and the employee helped cover me. I never feel judge only welcomed!

Ok, so, it's called the Glass House. And guess what!? They have glass! A store that sells what they advertise! Finally! And let me tell you, it's the BEST glass. Not to mention (but you know I'm gonna) all the other stuff. I did not know that they also have about any tattoo supplies you need; if you're just starting or already established.
They follow all the Covid 19 rules, the young lady who works there (she's the only one I've met, there may be more ladies that work there, or maybe males, but I don't know, because, like I said, I've only met the one) is so polite and cheerful as well as helpful. Now, don't get me wrong, she's not that annoying kind of cheerful, but the kind that says, "I am confident in my knowledge and am happy to share it."
So, if you're looking for glass it other things that you really need, go to the Glass House! Ask for the nice girl.

The employee was really nice and helpful, without actually hovering. Great atmosphere, and I loved the incense they had burning. Has everything you need! And I loved all the movie stuff too.

Always friendly great prices on everything. Tattoo supplies are always in stocks and good quality ink and needles plus they have just about everything you need .

Love the setup of this store, its nice smelling like nag champa and you can typically be very quick eith your visits as long as you get a decent parking spot. Love the guys and gals that work here. ♡♡

Just Love this place. Went in looking for something and the lady working, Brooklyn was her name, was very helpful and took her time helping me. Wish all store clerks were that helpful.

They usually have great staff that make me feel like they I've known them forever. Overall interesting store.

Prices are a little high but your buying quality glass and other needed items. Staff are great.

Best head shoo ive ever been to its only a mile away. And its perfect everyone in there is extremely. Helpful and if you catch the right person theyll give you one hell of a discount
