This is the coolest store around!! I love the hip styles and the very friendly and helpful associates. They are always willing to give their time to help you find the right outfit and always have great advice. The manager is awesome and you can tell she is admired by all her employees and they love her. There is always upbeat music playing, the atmosphere is fun! The store is always clean and smells good. You are instantly transformed into a wonderful mood and it makes you feel like you could just stay there shopping and talking all day. I wish all the stores I visited were as accommodating as this rare find. You don't get customer service like this anymore. I hope they never leave the area. I don't know where else I would shop! Keep up the good work and don't ever change!!!!

Their customer service is great! A young lady greeted me when I walked in and assisted me with a blouse on a high rack! The manager always helps me pick out clothes and makes me feel like a celebrity Who can afford a personal shopper!! Love all the workers!!

The customer service is excellent! You can greatly improve your clothing assortment by offering the same items in both plus and juniors. This would make shopping here an excellent choice. I always find exactly what I am looking for but it is only available in the plus sizes. Also dressier shoes would be a plus. Please and thank you!

When I walk in the doors I always feel welcome. Every employee is very nice and helpful. The store is always clean and everything is easy to find and on the rare occasion that I cannot find what I am looking for, the employees are knowledgeable and excited to help.

We love shopping at BARBERTON RAINBOW store... we love Renee Jenkins and Olivia Blanton they are so AWESOME to talk with and they are very kind and sweet. We always look forward to going in to RAINBOW STORE to see them...and shopping there is awesome with some awesome deals...wish there was coupons for the store all the time...

Great clothes for all sizes! They have sizes small to extra large. They also have a kid section! All the workers were really nice and very helpful.
