Our company started working with Ohio Health Benefits several years ago. As the Chief Human Resource Officer responsible for administering our health insurance plans, I have worked with many benefit providers in the past, but OHB has by far been the absolute best company to work with. We initially worked with Fred Carter and his team who were outstanding and now work with Ann Carter, Valerie Reid, Lynn Patterson, and Kevin Gaul who continue the tradition of excellent customer service. This team is very responsive, getting back to us almost immediately when contacted by me or our employees with questions or needing help. They are very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us find the best medical, dental, and vision rates for our company. Their benefits platform is another outstanding benefit OHB provides. It is easy to use and extremely helpful in administering our plan. I cannot recommend Ohio Health Benefits strongly enough. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. You won't be disappointed!

I really have appreciated all the help I have received from Ohio Health Benefits. I reached out when my husband had terminal cancer, to review coverage options. Joe Hartman was so kind and helpful during that session. When I abruptly found myself without health coverage, after my husband's passing, Joe set me up quickly at that time. A little later, he was prompt getting back to me when it was time to set up my Medicare coverage. He thoroughly explained my options and all the different choices. His help made a process, that I had been dreading, so smooth. What a great relief! Plus Joe and the team provide continuing support moving forward. What a blessing! Thank You!

I’m actually Rhonda Thompson, name changed back to maiden name and Steve Clark, and his staff are amazing especially Blake and now Dave took care of my mom and I since my dad passed away last year November 29, 2022. He had cancer for 7 years and again Steve’s staff were there for my dad, mom and myself many times. Ohio Health Benefits was the best in helping me with my medicare decision. Vince helped break down the complex process into very understandable ways where I felt very much in control of decisions around medicare as I turned 65 this year. I love that they are there from the beginning and will always be there if there are problems with the insurance company. The recomendation came from Renee and she was spot on with the help that I received!

I can't say enough positive things about Ohio Health Benefits and especially Brian McCullough. My previous broker went out of business so I contacted Ohio Health Benefits based on reviews I had read about them and also because they are a local company. Brian called me back immediately and was super prompt on all of his responses. He was able to offer me several options for health insurance and made sure to match them with my doctor and preferred hospital. Brian made sure I stayed on task and laid out all the deadlines for applying. He was always able to answer any question I had regarding insurance benefits. I would highly recommend Brian McCullough and Ohio Health Benefits! What a pleasure they were to work with, they demonstrated true Customer Service with pride.

What a great team! I am POA for my Mother and I was in the position to have to find a drug plan for her in Ohio. Ohio Health Benefits took care of every question, issue, and ALWAYS was available by phone, either the team calling me back or me calling them. Eric, Chelsea, Tyler and Susie all came together to not only get coverage for my Mom, but support me with the stress of the responsibility of caring for a parent. Picking the right Medicare insurance can be complicated and confusing so I reached out to Ohio Health Benefits and was contacted by Brian. He walked me through the process showing me all my options. He answered all my questions and helped me to arrive at a decision that I am comfortable with. After guiding me through the enrollment he left me his contact information if I had any questions later. If you are looking for Medicare insurance I recommend Brian to help pick the correct one.

Since I recently qualified for Medicare, Renee was able to discover my Medicare was not listed as my primary insurance. She instructed me how to ge this corrected so all these bill can be resubmitted for which I am very grateful.
