The Wash House

I have been coming to this location for one year. Since the attendant Jean has started here is the cleanest I have seen this location. Bathroom is clean and smells fresh all the time. I am no longer scared to use the restroom. The homeless has also been controlled. I will continue to come to this location and appreciate the changes that have been made. I feel safer now coming and the cameras are a plus.

I have been a customer ounce a week for two and half years and Jean has kept this laundry Matt clean ever since she been Here.She is polite to customers and always willing to help. Today I got to the wash house and you are running the customer appreciation through Christmas for us customers. I really appreciate what the wash house is doing for the community. So Thank you for thinking of the community during the Holidays.

I’ve been coming to this laundry establishment for years the best experience I’ve been having have been the last 3 months upon relocating back to Norfolk from Hampton. I come early when the attendant is there so that I can get someone to keep an eye on my laundry & by surprise it’s been being clean there’s no longer any smelly odors or stinch inside. It’s been being clean I can actually sit inside now & wait for my laundry I can actually use the restroom & sit on the commode the attendant definitely turned this location around I actually don’t mind spending my hard earned $$$ here anymore it even kind waiting for washers to become available I actually sit & wait. Genie has done a hell of a job keeping the strays away & the drunks she definitely deserves to be recognized for turning this place around.

Jean, was the best part of the wash house. She’s very honest, helpful, and keeps the laundromat clean. I used to go to the location on Newtown which wasn’t the best, so I was very weary of coming to this one. Needless to say, I will be continuing to come to this location.

The Attendant Jeannie is so helpful and she has a drop off laundry service that I've used 3 times this month and her service is excellent. They added larger washers which for me and my family is awesome 👌

The ladies that work in there are always helpful, never once have they been unpleasant to me nor not made me smile! Only place I do laundry in Norfolk, probably one of the cleanest places which is most important to me!

Ms Jeannie was so polite this morning and helpful I didn't lnow how to use the machine she was doing the floor and I notice the floor smelled so fresh this place is the cleanest I've been to better than soap and suds ill be back again also you have a great employee she's the best and you need more like her hard working thank you for the best experience wShing my close the atmosphere was great.I will be returning.

It used to be so crazy years ago it’s so clean an smell good the lady that work here is amazing

Laundry Matt is very clean from when I first started coming about four months ago.The new attendant Jeannie is very nice and keeps up with the cleanliness of the facility. I am happy with the changes that have been made and will continue to come to this location.

This was my first time at the Wash House Norview and decided to opt for the drop off/pick up full service. It was worth every dime! LaTosha did an excellent job with my clothes. Every item was folded & hung to perfection. I really appreciate all of her hard work and care. I’ll definitely be returning. Thank You!

I'm giving 5 stars for convenience only. This location is very close to my home. I went last week and there was 2 homeless people inside smoking weed. Smh. It was totally unnecessary. The owners need to enforce the rules because it was crazy. Smoking, putting in make up in the reflection of the dryer door, basically bathing and brushing teeth in the bathroom. Once a lady was sleep on the bench and told me " do I have to make so much noise!?" Bruh🤦🏾‍♀

Jeanie does a wonderful job keeping the place cleaned every time I come in to do my laundry, I'm happy with the cleanliness of the place I'll continue to come here knowing that she's here.

Mrs Pam is a excellent worker and she is nice an reliable and she always gives assistance when needed. My family and I are sad to hear she was let go today. We will miss her dearly please bring her back

Great setup. Put money on a card, no messing with handfuls of quarters and reinserting them into machines. I love it. Place is clean and the staff I spoke with admiralable.

The Wash House is great. The place is clean quite and comfortable. The young Lady has alot to do with making nice there.

My new go to place to do laundry! Very clean, and the machines are top notch!
