Showed up on time. No hard up-sell. Great work done with an eye toward keeping the aesthetics of our $1.5M+ home while adding this nice feature (whole home water filtration).

Pure Plumbing did a great job putting a washer box ensuring everything was done to code. The technician knew how to quickly resolve roadblocks and worked efficiently. The bid was competitive and a good value. They completed the service requested in one day. I will be reusing them shortly and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Dennis was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He replaced our old outdoor leaky faucet. It was sautered on and was definitely a job for a professional. We’re very pleased with his work and will use Pure Plumbing Company in the future the next time we need a plumber.

Zack was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough and was determined to find a leak in several places I indicated. I helped keep him company and watched him checked all the gas lines and connections for leaks. He did find and fixed a leak over by the pool equipment but found no leaks in the water tank closet. Thank him for the job.

Our garbage disposal clogged and the sink wouldn’t drain. We chose them because they were local and had excellent reviews, which did not disappoint. We called them in the morning and they were here that afternoon, cleared the clog and installed a new disposal by days end.

This is not your average plumbing company. This is far above and beyond. They are so incredibly knowledgeable, super positive guys and Always on time. Worked with me to get an issue resolved and did so quickly plus they are VERY fairly priced. Highly recommend. Highly!

He answered all my questions and gave great advice and his price point to do the warranty exchange and installation and bring everything up to code was the best. He was very patient with me as I processed my options and dispatched Zach the day I made my decision. Zach worked with my husband and did an amazing job. Can't say enough good things about Pure Plumbing. They were quick to respond to my emergency call about my leaking water heater. They were friendly and courteous and had the replacement tankless water heater in stock. They needed another tech to come out and assist who was able to come out and the job took all day, but they were very professional and did a great job. I hope to not have any other plumbing emergencies (knock on wood), but will definitely call them again if needed.

After reading all of their 5 star reviews, I called Pure Plumbing to set up an appointment. They were extremely responsive and came out the next day to replace my water heater. Zack was awesome! He was on time (actually early) and extremely professional. He went above and beyond! I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family! I can’t thank you enough .

Pure Plumbing was very informative and knowledgeable. They came out gave me a quote and I didn’t feel pressure to make a decision right away. They came in and installed our tankless water heater in one day. I am extremely happy with the service they provided and all the options on out estimate.

Pure plumbing has been professional and responsive and friendly in all their interactions with us. We hired them to help install an all house filter system. They installed it with top quality materials and also ensured if the system had a problem we could bypass it. After a leak sprang, they came out within a couple of days and fixed it for free as part of our warranty on their work - no questions asked. When we sprang another leak due to equipment failure (not Pure Plumbing's fault), they came out within a couple of days to access the problem and again a couple days after we received the part from the manufacturer. It has been a pleasure working with such professionals! Hopefully we won't need to call them anytime soon but if we do, we know they will take care of us!
