We had originally planned to purchase a fully turnkey home. This plan later morphed into looking for homes with remodel potential. Keke was so patient with us every step of the way throughout house-hunting process, and we felt that she listened closely to our preferences and only recommended houses that fit the bill. She gave us invaluable insight and guidance, pointing out details of each home that we wouldn’t have given a thought to otherwise. We were extremely fortunate to have found Keke as our realtor. Her communication and follow through was excellent. After only seeing a few houses she knew exactly what we were looking for and didn't waste our time with listings that wouldn't suit our requirements.. Keke was like a partner in the process providing information about whether the asking price was reasonable, given comparable sales in the neighborhood, and alerting us when the sellers were asking for too much. As we visited the properties, she would also give us a history of the house and the neighborhood.
