Ralphs Fresh Fare

I finally found PIMENTO Cheese! Woohooo! I've looked everywhere, it's the store brand Private Selection. Can you believe we got the last Hot deli Barbecue ribs at half price too? Love this place!

Ralph's is my favorite. The fruit and vegetables are fresh and they have a great organic selection. The store is divided up into specialty sections. The deli and bakery is great - with a Starbucks in the store too. The wine and liquor section is vast.

Clean Ralph’s with enormous deli and fresh food section. They have a large selection of fruits. Lots of self-service check out lines (they have self-service on both sides). Really good cheese section and an enormous alcohol section.

Lots of choices for reasonable prices. Japanese rice is forever on sale hehe.

This has the best produce aisle and what keeps me coming back and dealing with the awful parking lot. I debated going down to 4 stars because of the parking, but they have a large parking structure for the theater. My only other gripe is that there’s no place to put your cart in the lot so you need to walk it back to the store. But heck, that’s one more spot in the parking lot so I’m not going to complain too loudly.

Fresh selection of fruits and veggies, great sales and super helpful people at checkout. I don't remember a bad experience ever at this location despite some busy times...I appreciate the cleanliness of the store and the wel-lit aisles. Items are easy to find, great energy abounds.

I stepped into this location and first thing I thought was "wow it is very clean and spacious."
Overall I enjoyed coming here because of the great variety of vegetables fruit snacks meats and wines. I find their wine collection to be very well organized and contain a wide variety of enjoyable Liquors. It is very reasonably priced if you take advantage of the 30% off when you buy 6 or more bottles. I recommend this location because of the great customer service as well.

The curbside pick up is great and free! Most items are in stock. I have done pick up at least 20 times and I had only 2 items that were damaged. Both items we're fully refunded and I didn't need to bring them back to the store. I usually wait only 5 or 10 minutes for them to bring out my groceries.

Staff is great, nice and very helpful. I find everything I need there. Super clean, much better than Von's. Best Ralph's in the region.

This is the best Ralphs around. Their produce department is what keeps me coming back. Produce is always well stocked, clean, and fresh. Joe Carcioni would be proud!

This store has outstanding customer service! There are many staff who have been there for years, and are very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with my pickup order, and Chad, one of the managers, was very patient and worked hard to rectify it. I’m so grateful to all of the staff here, who are working extra hard right now!

I just had the best experience at this store. If you ever need flowers and you're in the Del Mar area, please use this store! The floral manager's name is Kourosh and I've never met anybody as customer service oriented as he is! He came to the United States from Iran in 1973 and what a happy soul! Kudos Ralphs!

On 2 separate occasions, I have employees go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Both of these experiences were unexpected and a true reflection of employees whom genuinely care about great customer service. 5 stars to those employees!!!
That being said... there is one Front of Store Manager who needs to go. I have been waiting in line at the deli on 2 separate occasions. On both occasions he has made eye contact with me, walked around from the deli counter and literally walked in circles around the refrigerated section while leaving his employees with a growing line of customers. I find this to be opposite of the leadership a manager should reflect.

Another friendly neighborhood grocery store that usually has everything you need. (Personal gripes only: they are typically out of Quaker flavored rice cakes only having tomato basil and lightly salted. So if they had the other flavors (chocolate, butter popcorn, white cheddar). Also- they do not have a place to store the carts throughout the parking lot like other stores but I assume that is due to the busy traffic in that area. So be prepared to return your cart back up to the front the store.)

I have worked for Ralph’s for 14 years. I have talked about lots of things and the Tomato Basil Ricecakes have been discontinued. Due to higher demand. Also for people who complain about parking. Movie theater parking is easy. Park there. Lastly yes the mangers changes every year. Also that I’m staying healthy for my family. Ralph’s is my life. Thanks for being so sweet to me and I hope to see you soon.

Yesterday I was in the store, I was finishing up my shopping and was looking on the first aid aisle for a pill cutter and pill box. I didn't see those items and asked the assistant manager, Denny whether they carried them. He looked and didn't find them either, asked me whether I had additional shopping to do (which I really didn't) but while I was checking out, he sent a clerk next door to the Rite Aid and purchased them for me. He insisted that I take them because he said: "it's what we do." I have never had this kind of service from any other store. What great customer service! Thank you, Denny and Thank you, Ralph's!

The store is always clean and neat. This is the first Ralph's I've been to where the employees was genuinely friendly and kind. The staff is always smiling, even at 1 am when I had to do a quick errand.

Always excellent shopping experience. Except today they were out of lemons
