Exceptionally clean store! All sizes neatly placed and Amazing customer service provided my Korey! He is so awesome and friendly. I walked out and was warmly greeted. He let me know of all the sales offered and even asked if I needed anything specific. Just all around amazing! While shopping he was so attentive to all our questions about sizes, ordering etc.. opened the fitting rooms countless times for us. Checking out he was ensuring that our products were all there and helped us order an item to get shipped to our house. Thank you AE for hiring Korey! We will only come back to this location because of him!

Wanted to take the time to write a review for JESSICA, she was soooo sweet ❤ recommended me the best size in some cargo pants for work and got me extra sizes to the fitting room just to make sure I liked how my jeans fit me! She’s very knowledgeable and nice I hope I get her too next time I see her. Also the girl at the register was super sweet and nice I didn’t get her name but she wears glasses and was wearing some cute Birkenstocks with leggings 🌸

Korey, was amazing. I love him. He sanitized a dress I was purchasing, throughly. Wonderful man. He needs a raise. #americaneaglehasdedication

I took some time to write this review but I wanted to make sure that I did. I went to the store about a month or two ago. It was my first time. I never realized there were so many different types of jeans. But Corey made the process so simple. Gave me a quick look and gave me four pairs to try on. Went to the dressing room not so sure how they were going to fit or look. I loved all four! He was spot on! Loved each different style and fit. They were a little pricey, however at check out Yvette took her time and found me some discounts. They were so friendly and helpful. If the customer service is always this great, I will be a customer for life! Kudos to Corey and Yvette in the Victoria Gardens store. They are great!

Stopped in to the store to look for a pair of jeans for my little sister's birthday. Had a pleasant interaction with Korey and Marissa, they were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. There wasn't anything in the store that I believed would fit, but Korey helped me do a store to door purchase to arrive before my sister's birthday. I will definitely be stopping by again.

I ordered shorts online for pick up but only ended up liking 1 of them. I was about to give up and return the other 2 but instead Korey went out of his way to walk me around the store and provide me with suggestions that I ended up loving! He turned my return into an exchange. I am so grateful and appreciative of Korey’s excellent customer service and knowledge. I will be a returning customer at this location all because of Korey’s efforts. Thank you again Korey you are a superstar!

Judy was absolutely the BEST!! Shopping for jeans is not fun for me BUT she was so helpful and sweet(: Victoria was also super helpful and sweet as well!! (the little one)

Korey was so amazing! I had my own personal stylist, he was so informative and completely delightful to shop with. I walked in just to browse and ended up leaving with a few new outfits! I highly recommend Korey!!

I almost never write reviews but I had to today.
I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by an employee named Savannah. Never in all my years of shopping and working in customer service had I met someone who had such great energy. She really pulled all the stops and provided exceptional service! She made me feel welcome and also even got me out of my comfort zone with a new style of pants. The shopping experience was fluid and it almost felt like I was shopping with a friend. Overall, the entire team here was amazing from start to finish :) -Vee

Natalie was awesome! One of the best customer service I could receive. She was very helpful and went into full detail to explain a few things to me. The store was clean and the atmosphere was good. Ambience could be a bit more pronounced but overall a good trip.

I visited today with my sister and while we didn’t find anything of interest we were met with amazing customer service. Her name was Kiara ( I think that’s how you spell it). She was truly amazing and it was refreshing to meet someone with such a high spirit, she made us feel so welcome! We will definitely be returning to this location, her customer service was out of this world!

I came in to the Rancho store today and I was greeted by all of the staff. I was helped by Kiki and she was extremely helpful and kind. I was happy I came here for my exchange rather than going back to the Ontario Mills store. The difference from Rancho to Ontario was day and night! I will now be coming here instead as they made me feel welcomed! Thank you so much Kiki!!! Best Customer Service!

Friendly environment in store. All employees were knowledgeable. Even though my size wasn't available, all associates were willing to help which I greatly appreciate.

My family went shopping this weekend (saturday 12/19) - walking into AE was amazing! we were welcomed, and while shopping the staff ensured we were cared for - very accommodating ! This environment starts from the top down... and it shows - the manager was genuinely kind - and the staff really acted as if they liked their environment - totally happy. This was really nice to see ;-) Thank you for making my experience a great one !
