All I need to say is WOW!!!! For me, Hunter was better than a theme park. If you are ever invited to visit, don’t hesitate, say yes! Their tour of their manufacturing and testing facilities is mind blowing. The staff all love their jobs and treat each other like family. If I lived in the area, I would definitely consider working here.

Purchased a Hunter Rain CLIK in 2011. The date inked on the bottom of the unit is May 2011. After 9 years the battery died. I called Hunter Tech Support and spoke with Alex, he suggested the dealer I bought it from should honor the 10 year warranty.The retailer I purchased it from in 2011, then called Country Side Supply Corp but now doing business as The Sprinkler Depot, refused to honor the Hunter 10 year warranty on the battery claiming it was the manufacturer responsibility. Called Hunter a second time, spoke with Aaron, who advised me that the dealer was not an authorized dealer. While at The Sprinkler Depot I noticed many Hunter products in their showroom. My guess is they're just a retailer buying from a distributor. The Sprinkler Depot would not identify the distributor when asked.
My problem with Hunter is that the transmitter is clearly marked Hunter WR CLIK May 11 but they won't honor their own product as advertised. Hunter's on line literature clearly mentioned the 10 year warranty.
What good is a warranty when the manufacturer does not honor the claim.
Have been loyally buying Hunter products for over 15 years from local retailers.

Called Customer Service as a last resort to restate my issue an spoke with Katie. She said I could call an authorized distributor, in my case it was Central Turf and Irrigation, and arrange to return the defective transmitter and receiver. I called Central and arranged the exchange with Josh in less than 10 minutes. Great job by Katie and Central Turf !
Tech Support needs to get in line with the warranty program steps.
My replacement unit was made in
July 2019 and once again it's covered by the 10 year guarantee.

Yesterday I visited the factory for a job shadow with MiraCosta College and i was speachless. The people inside were friendly with me and took me around in each building. I spend four hours inside and I spoke with many guys and I enjoyed plenty the conversations. More than a factory to me seems a big and kind family. A very pleasant factory for having a successfull career. I take the opportunities again to say thank you to MiraCosta College to gave me this incredible job shadow. And thanks again to Hunter Industries for the good time spend inside the factory.
