I'll never go to the "big guys" every again. The service, personal touch and approach are top notch at San Marcos Pharmacy. My previous pharmacy had pharmacists that really lacked any kind of personal touch or empathy. I called SM Pharmacy and was immediately helped and spoken to with warmth and kindness. I had my Rx transferred immediately and I'll never look back. Thank you, Anu!!

Anu, owner, is THE best pharmacist I have ever used - and I’ve used a lot! Not only is she professional, friendly, and caring, she knows how to get the job done. Dealing with insurance can be a nightmare, but Anu follows through diligently and makes sure Rxs are filled on time and correctly. She has watched out for my elderly mother for many years - found errors and alerted me on several occasions- and now is my pharmacist too. It’s good to know that there are still professionals with integrity that actually care!

Anu is the Best she is very knowledgeable very caring and very helpful the very best pharmacy I have ever been going there for three years get my flu shots and vaccines there and my husband he Loves Anu and won’t go anywhere else she is the Best❤

This is by far the best pharmacy we have ever used. Anu is personal and really cares about each of her customers. As soon as you walk in she remembers you and greets you by your first name. We moved all of our prescriptions to San Marcos Pharmacy from CVS. Anu matched all of their prices. We are extremely happy the personal service that a small business offers.

This is a nice little neighborhood pharmacy. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable. My family and I have gotten our covid19 shots here including all of our boosters. We just had to call to make an appointment.

If you are looking for a pharmacy with exceptional customer service... look no further. Calls get returned, questions answered, medicines are filled. This pharmacy provided shingles vaccinations for us, something rare, glu flu shots, always went the extra step up get a quick turn around. Even in times when I had my surgeries, if I couldn’t get the pills right away, she delivered them! Love love love this pharmacy!

This is the best Pharmacy in North County, maybe San Diego. Anu is very helpful and a pleasure to work with. If you are tired of the big box pharmacies give San Marcos Pharmacy a chance to earn your business. You will not be sorry.....

I switched from Ralph’s Pharmacy because it was disastrous for me more than once. San Marcos Pharmacy has been wonderful. Anu, the owner, is always on top of my meds. She knew me by name after the first visit and knows exactly what I need and when.
I feel spoiled every time I go in. 😊. It is out of my way to go here, but more than worth it! I highly recommend this Pharmacy. If you go here, you won’t be disappointed!

This has to be the best pharmacy I have ever gone to bar none. I have regular medications that are filled on the monthly basis as well as the occasional odd one and Anu always comes through. I am always greeted with a smile and she actually knows my name when I walk in the door. There's a shocker! Try getting that kind of service from one of the big pharmacies who just see us as another one of the cattle.

You say sure, you have had a good experience but, I have some that come close with my current pharmacy. Will they come in after hours to make sure you have the medications you need?

I travel a lot for work and prescription renewal dates don't always work out to fall on the right days and folks forget from time to time. Anu actually came in at 8PM on a Saturday night to make sure I had my medications for a trip that was to start on Sunday as I had forgotten to get it taken care of. She even offered to drop it off at my house! I would never expect this on a regular basis of course but the fact that Anu was willing to do this for me was just over the top.

If you are anywhere near San Marcos this is the place to go! If you are further north, Anu's husband has a pharmacy in Oceanside and provides the same GREAT service.

San Marcos Pharmacy is a fantastic place to get your prescriptions filled. Anu, the pharmacist is a fanatic person. She really cares that you feel welcome. Thank you, Anu for your fantastic customer service.

Dr. Anu is really something special. You walk in the door and she remembers your name (even only going there one time before). She goes above and beyond any other pharmacist I’ve ever met (I used to be a pharmacy technician). Highly highly recommend San Marcos Pharmacy amd Dr. Anu!!!

Highly recommend this local pharmacy over any of the other larger chains in the area. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and communicative. Whether you are on the phone or walking in they make sure your health is their top priority.

Best pharmacist in the world ! i followed anu from a large corporate store to her own in order to support small business in my area...but mostly because she is a stellar human being who is caring, knowledgable, kind and thoughtful as well as the consummate professional..anu knows her stuff..
