Welcare Pharmacy Compounding & Prescriptions

Called at 4:40pm on a Friday with a rush order needed so our daughter could get out of the hospital before the weekend. They did a rush job on a compounded med that usually would take a couple days. We picked up at 5:50pm to save the day. Highly recommend for their customer service approach. Thank you.

Everyone there is so nice! The business is small, but it's very welcoming, and heartwarming. It's name definitely fits it's aura.
The CEO,Claire Vo, shows great care and respect for her customers. She has a very selfless goal of making sure her customers get the medication they need to quickly recover.
(they even have free candy! (mainly for people with diabetes though))
They may be closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but if one should schedule for an appointment on that day, she'll come rushing to your needs. Welcare Pharmacy is the perfect pharmacy that everyone wants and needs.

There are a few reasons to use Welcare Rx: 1. Not a chain, but a local small business. 2. Compounding!! For me and for my pet. They compound!! 3. Bio-identical hormones. I like Welcare Rx and I've told a number of friends too. It's nice to help support a local small business, and if their products are great, even better!!

I am sorry to be given 1 star review, but i used this pharmacy twice, and I can't give a better review.
The first time was ok, but i had to wait for them to call back me to let me know when prescription was ready, although they never called me back..
The second time, oh my, oh my!
I left a message on a Sunday, nobody called me back till Tuesday, when i had to call back, again!
Excuses were told by Clara, the owner.
She promised a call back next day, but call never came, and when I tried to call back, i was put on hold, after saying who i was, but call got disconnected. Nobody called me back, i tried again, and phone was never picked up, so i ended up calling with different phone number, and phone was answered!
Yeah, sorry, but it's not how business should be handled, especially from a pharmacy. They don't sell pizzas, but medications... Sorry
P.S. prices are really high for poor customer service. I didn't know you can shop around for coumpounds...
