A coworker picked this place for lunch and was a little worried because I am not a big meat eater and generally, Filipino food is very pork heavy.

Fellow vegetarians, don't worry there are a few meat-free menu offerings. I ordered the tofu sisig which was absolutely delicious. It was well seasoned, had a citrusy brightness to cut through the fried tofu and was a lovely meal.

Do yourself a favor and make a stop in. I can't describe how happy I am to have found this place. Grew up in Mira Mesa in the 90s/00s (that means many of my friends are Filipino). This is the definition of authentic. This family restaurant is unassuming and welcoming, 90s/00s R&B and pop ballads are the soundtrack and the staff (and guests) aren't shy about singing along to them (iykyk), they have a deep collection of dishes that are well known to Americans as well as Filipino specialties most Americans will never have heard of. Everything I've tried has been from good to amazing. Do yourself a favor and make a stop in, it won't be your last

There is not a lot of filipino restaurants in North county. This formerly Manila Harbor restaurant place has transformed to a very high end place with new look and feel. Plus the air conditioning system works. The food is delicious and tasty with a very generous serving. The staffs were friendly and the service was prompt. The 2 item combo meal is between $8 to $10. I would visit them again, this time with friends. Good eats.

I love this place! I went for the first time today and got the pork sisig and the dinuguan. Absolutely delicious! Their garlic rice was super flavorful, however I would've liked it to be a little more moist (that's just a personal preference) but other than that the food was amazing! Staff was super nice and sweet. Will definitely be back!

Food is always great and fresh. Table service is usually prompt, very apologetic when orders get backed up. Don't mind the mismatched tables and chairs, it is very much in line with the culture I grew up with.

Nice spot to have a meal. Friendly staff and inviting environment in convenient location.

I got the lunch plate with two items - mungbean and chicken afritada. Mungbean was fine, but the other seemed a bit oily for my taste. The rice was also a bit hard and borderline stale-tasting. Coworkers got the lechon kawali and Cebu lechon which they enjoyed. Owner stopped by and chatted, too. We'll likely go back for when they have their special lunch dealios. I think the rice is usually better, so I have high hopes for the next visit.

Always saw on maps. Really wanted good Filipino food. So my wife and I gave it a shot. Did not disappoint. Food amazing. Staff friendly. Found out you can order a whole pig. That's on my list for the holidays. My 4year old daughter is finally trying new foods. She actually ate the food and loved it. So I say give it a shot!!! Like I did. Won't be disappointed. I got 20 Lumpia haha!!!! No regrets!

Tried the combo, which comes with two entrees and one side (rice or pancit, though you can do half/half at no extra charge). I chose the chicken adobo and the beef caldereta. The adobo was well seasoned and not dry like some chicken dishes are. The caldereta was the winner in my book. Great flavor and so tender! One of the best I’ve had. I was also able to taste the bangus sisig from a friend. I usually don’t order fish but I will have to make an exception next time. Service was a little slow on a Saturday but to be fair, there were only two people working that day. They were both friendly and attentive to our group. Will be back!

Our family truly enjoyed coming here with lots of authentic dishes. Excellent service and need to come here empty stomach to fully put to test palate. Served with porcelain plates and spoon with fork (not styrofoam nor plastic). It reminds the days when grandma cooked my favorite fiesta meals. This was our second time coming and whole family came in force. Thanks Boss Deo and Luchi and also for friendly staff.

I was recommended the Chicken Sisig & I couldn’t have been more satisfied.
Great flavors!

1 of many dishes I have enjoyed here so far.

Beautiful voices’ singing in the background bring in that Manila vibe

First time to this restaurant with the new owners. Very surprised by the new decor! I love it! The good... what can I say but it's been a long time to have filipino food this good that didn't come from a friend's kitchen. Amazing!

Our favorite place for the best Filipino food this side of the 52. First place that comes to my mind when I want a great selection of my favorite dishes. I would pay a little more, but don't tell Lutchi or Mary. And they literally have one of the best Flans in town imho.

Went here with a couple of friends who had found and to try it out. The food has a lot of flavor and as far as filipino food is concerned it is up there in my books. It is an order and sit type of restaurant so it is nice to know what you want so you can be ready to order when you get there. The portions are good size and the food comes out pretty quickly. Definitely a great place to go if you are craving filipino food or have never had filipino food.
