I sold my car here.

The first time I came here, the technician checked my car and noticed that the online description that I provided is slightly different from the car’s real condition. They offered me suggestions on what I shall add.

Then I got back home and re-filled the online form with incorporating their suggested descriptions. Then I came back here and successfully sold the car.

While it made me come here twice, the selling price is pretty decent to me. The technician on site also offers helpful information; the paperwork is also very straightforward.

Do Not sell your car to Carvana. Low ball offers. Sell to CarMax or sell private. But caution, even CarMax has lowered what they normally would offer on cars. Only if you're not up for the private sell haggling.

I had a drop off my car. But because one thing is not matching by their opinion on a website. They told me to choose different option, even though on the website it doesn’t explain what option should I choose. And I wasted my time and I have to reschedule on another day, which is not professional. I already have my car here, you can check it. This is so dumb
