Lowe's Home Improvement

I normally go to Home Depot but they didn't have what I was looking for. I gave Lowe's a try and I'm so glad I did. They were so helpful. This guy, I wish I can remember his name.... He didn't give up looking for an item I wanted and about 7 to maybe 10 minutes later he found it. I'm so happy!!! Great service and very knowledgeable. He also helped us with an item not from his department. I got my tile and my shower pan in about 30 minutes.

I also want to say Lowe's is much more organized than Home Depot. I'll probably be switching..

Lowe's has more than home Depot when ever I need something there need they have it .and when I order something on line it always on time good store .never had any problems employees are a good help too

I came in today with a problem on my refrigerator and the customer service representative Xitlali was so patient! She went above and beyond to make sure our issue was resolved. Thank you Lowes for having employees who go above and beyond to help when needed! Thank you Xitlali!!!

This place is fantastic. Well stocked & organized, good prices with more items than any other store. You wont be disappointed.

I love Lowe’s everything here is much better then Home Depot. But I don’t like their recent changes to the return policy. Plus they don’t use the mylowes(which has never been high quality) to do the returns.

Unlike home Depot, the employees here didn't offer their help as much. Which can be both a blessing or a curse.

Awesome customer service I was provided with over the phone and in person ! Thankful for Monica who helped check me out with my purchase . Carmen was excellent with verifying they had the exact item I was needing . Coming from a San Diego resistance and new to LA I am pleased with the overall service experience.

This is specifically for the garden center. Their employees are always so nice and let me wander around for WAY too long just to buy one lil succulent lol

Great garden section. Have been to several local big name stores and Lowe's had the largest variety for outdoor and indoor plants and biggest outdoor garden in comparison to the competitors I visited. No long lines, shelf checkout was a breeze. Will be returning for more plants!

I Was amazingly surprised at the incredible customer service this store provided. Highly caring and trained personal..after going to Bestbuy, Sears and other stores with reputation of knowledge and customer service I was very disappointed of lack of knowledge,, caring and concern to help customers..but at this store we were confronted with Caring, Knowledgable, incredibly well trained persona. For customer service defenetly deserve a 10+.!!!! Everyone was polite and willing to help what a breath of fresh air!! Thank for your care and respect towards customers that go and spend their hard earn money.I thank specially Adriana in appliances and Santiago on floor assistance..Awesome employees!!!

What's there not to like. Employees are friendly, polite. They answer questions and are easy to find. Their products are available at a good price

This Lowe’s location is clean and well organized.
I came to this store looking for some tools but had no idea where to find them, (The store is huge) An associate was passing by, Destiny I believe is her name, she was very helpful and friendly, I was able to find what I was looking for.
I like how they have auto pay and many parking space available.
Overall, great shopping experience.
