I must give 5 stars to the customer service we got in this Home Depot by Frank, the guy in the doors department. It was very polite and helpful. He gave my husband all the information he needed on the security doors that he needed to order. We went to the Home Depot in Downey and the one in Cerritos, Terrible customer service, we waited for half an hour on each of these stores for someone to help us, but no one showed up, when we arrived at this store , my husband ask a young guy for help and right away he called the person in charge of the doors , so Frank came like in 3 minutes, open his computer, looked for prices and dates for the special orders 😊

Home Depot commerce location! Best customer service and wood cutter ever! I’ve been to 3 Home Depot’s today and I cannot be thankful enough for all his help and tips ! Employee name: Chavelo!!!!

Maria is the best! Maria helped my mom and I check out and she suggested we completed our purchase through the HomeDepot credit card. She helped us through the process and we bought mom a new Air Cooling Unit! Even though the one we bought at this location did not work out because it was too small. This was the most pleasant HomeDepot we’ve ever been to, thanks to Maria!

Good responsible people here.
An online order came in without a tracking number and they promptly looked it up physically and they found it!
I did have to wait a good while but they offered some popcorn while waited. They also gave me a discount since the package was late 3 weeks too.

Awesome store, I had a great experience here. And bought a new tool. I had breakfast outside and got to talk to alot of good employees.

I visited this location to buy mulch. After purchasing 9 bags Saul asked me if I needed help loading the bags I had just purchased. I was impressed with his customer service, and pleased I did not have to ask anyone for assistance. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I would definitely come back and recommend this Home Depot.

Great prices. Saved $129.00 by purchasing our ready framed door here instead of blank warehouse. Although..we might have if they weren't already wiped out by contractors. We didn't want to wait 3 days for our door. Home Depot had the doors...and we saved.

Home depot was our spot to pick up free fresh pine tree branches. I needed these branches to finish my self made Christmas tree. I just sprayed them in silver, to create the skirt of my tree.

Very clean easy parking by return policy is no good , no returns without receipt

Spoke to Eddie over the phone to check for product availability and he gave me the best service. He was so friendly and answered all my questions. Great costumer service from Eddie.

Excellent customer service every time

I went there today and was greeted at the door and directed to where I needed to go. Once I got there immediately a man named Omar walked up and helped me find the right item and help me find other items I needed as well. He was friendly and so helpful. I was in and out of there so quick.

They had all the things I needed to fix a toilet, the related plumbing and they were able to match the paint.

I went for an inexpensive microwave and I'm so glad they had them. Everywhere else I went had more expensive microwaves for cheaper quality. I got one for $60 and it works great. Overall pleased with my visit, there were employees everywhere and they all greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. Usually it's difficult to find someone to help me, so I really appreciated the acknowledgement. :)
