It has been almost three months since I came back to Crossfit. Patrick and Charyl have been Amazing!!! They always help correcting my forms and pushing me to the next level. With myself working at a startup, I know it's not easy to start a new crossfit gym, the class has full of energy and I feel in a family to working out hard with new friends. I have gained muscles and my body is much strong now, I could feel it when I play basketball on the weekend. It's a great community and I would recommend you to give it a try! I was scared to try it but im glad i did. Great metabolic workouts. High intensity mulit joint movements. I already see the results the gain is definitely worth the pain. Love this place and there instructor Charyal and Patrick are the best.
