Athletico Physical Therapy - Gilbert East

We love it here!! My daughter had a back injury from competitive volleyball that just wouldn’t heal. We’ve tried acupuncture, chiropractor and deep tissue massages but nothing worked. Someone recommended physical therapy and we’re so happy we found Athletico Physical therapy. Coleman is awesome and so is his staff. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. My daughter is back to playing Volleyball and her back is no longer an issue. Love them!!!

Coleman is an awesome lead therapist. Coleman, Shay and Alyssa are a great professional team. Each one of them are very knowledgeable in therapeutic exercise. They are very pleased to answer any questions and provide assistance. Not only that, they are a pleasure to be around. Katie, at the front desk, is the best! You will not be disappointed using this Athletico location for your therapy needs.

Coleman is the best! He’s my go-to for any sort of injury/muscle pain. He’s helped with my tension headaches (yay dry needling!), shoulder pain, and currently we’re working on my hip/knee issues. He’s thorough and teaches me exercises to do on my own so I can prevent reoccurring injuries.

Incredible service provider and team. I honestly had very low expectations with Athletico as I thought they were just a small local shop in my neighborhood, but honestly inside it’s much larger than it looks and Coleman and his team have all the advanced equipment to direct you to a path to healing. I had been trying rehab at home based off prior life PT experience and research online to no avail, Coleman and his sidekick Shay both corrected my form and introduced me to new exercises that I was able to implement into my routine and gradually strengthen the shoulder to beyond pre-injury numbers. I worked with Coleman, Shay, and Alyssa, they were all extremely knowledgeable and professional but were fun and personable enough to seem like you could just as easily be having a beverage with them post workout. Katie at the front desk is a wizard with any billing questions and taking care of contracts with insurance. Overall I would give them a 10/10 and highly recommend you go check this team out to get you healed.

The staff at the Gilbert facility are wonderful they tend to your needs and very helpful. They keep the place very clean. I would recommend this place to others and in the near future I may be needing them again and will be back.

Jason and his staff demonstrate excellence in their profession. They remained flexible when I was available and were great to work with. I love how Jason explains things to me to better understand my condition and the progress to detail. I also love how he brings in students and mentors them while setting a great example for them. Not only does he express professionalism but invests in the future of the PT profession. I enjoyed putting in the work and would recommend them to anyone.

Athletical physical therapy Gilbert is the best physical therapy I have ever been to. Jason Pointer is a phenomenal physical therapist. From the moment I met him I could tell that he cares deeply about his profession and people. He continues to get the most current education possible so that he can do the best job possible for me and others. I have been to Many physical therapists who have a one-size-fits-all program, but Jason develops a program based on each individual and their current need. The office manager, Arturo, is the sweetest. He always greets me with a Smile and knuckles. He does a great job taking care of the Insurance side of things for me as well. I cannot recommend this facility high enough.

Several friends of mine at my gym recommended Jason Pointer at Athletico Physical Therapy as a wonderful physical therapist & when I went to my back doctor, he came highly recommended as well. So instead of going a few miles from my house, I traveled 17 miles to see Jason, who is a Certified Physical Therapist. He was every bit as good as I was told - very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and made me work hard to accomplish my goals!. And he was nice about it! His staff was always very helpful in every way - appointments, scheduling at my convenience, and answering my questions. Megan Painter was also very good at making sure I was doing the exercises correctly. I visited twice a week for 4 weeks & my back feels great! I would highly recommend Jason and his staff!

Jason and his team are awesome! They are welcoming, accommodating, and they take the time to get to know you and your needs. They put together a plan that drastically decreased my pain and helped me return to the gym. Every time I went to an appointment it truly felt like I was going somewhere that wanted to see me get better. Thank you Jason, Arturo, and team! You guys are amazing!!!

Coleman is a highly skilled excellent physical therapist and very personable. All the staff are upbeat, pleasant and friendly. They show they really do care about how you are doing and feeling. I highly recommend the Gilbert/Higley site.

I highly recommend Athletico physical therapy Gilbert East. Jason and his team go above and beyond to make sure that you’re getting the best treatment possible. Everyone from the front office to their techs are friendly and make you feel welcome. Jason and Coleman are great physical therapist. I have been to several other PT places before and Athletico Gilbert East has by far helped my shoulder recovery the most.

My friend had therapy at this Athletico after her hip replacement. She told me she was very happy with her therapist and the entire staff. I came for therapy after I had rotator cuff repair. I had a wonderful rehab experience. My surgeon at Ortho AZ was very pleased with my outcome.

Jason Pointer is an extremely gifted therapist. He truly cares about all of the patients at this center. I’m currently rehabbing after recent Achilles surgery. Arturo is a great asset to Jason in his role as Rehab Aide. I enthusiastically refer my family and friends to Jason and his professional team!

I wintered in Az. after having shoulder surgery. I chose this Athletico location after reading the google reviews and I was not disappointed! Jason and Arturo provided excellent care. Jason is knowledgeable and thorough in his care. My therapy was tailored to how my shoulder was feeling and I looked forward to going. In the three months I was there I had great results. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason and his team for physical therapy.

I was referred for physical therapy to strengthen my knee after a few weeks of not being able to stand without pain. I found Jason to be very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. After working with him I’m confident now that I can get back to the activities I was doing before. Both Jason and Arturo are very supportive and accommodating. For those who are concerned about COVID19 (like me!), they take temperatures, pay special attention to disinfecting all equipment after anyone touches it, everyone wears masks, and clients are spaced out appropriately.

I enjoy ever member of the staff starting with Arturo. Coleman is a wonderful therapist and the whole staff makes me feel comfortable there. They are very understanding of my knee surgery and are doing all they can to make my physical therapy the most beneficial to my recovery.

I highly recommend Jason and Arturo!! They did such an amazing job at helping me with my PT after a total knee replacement. They are professional, caring and understanding. They won't let you slack on your exercises so be ready to work. 😉 I would give them a 10/10 for sure.

The staff here have been taking care of my shoulder both before and after my surgery.

I recently had a total right hip replacement and did my physical therapy at this Gilbert East Athletico facility. I did therapy twice a week for four weeks and completed it in excellent shape. Jason did a great job working with me and helping me progress each week through the therapy workouts. I would recommend this location and Jason for any physical therapy needs.

Extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of my physical therapy at this location. Coleman has proven to be a master of his craft and treats every appointment with enthusiasm, respect, concern, and proper leader ship as a physical therapist.

Not my first rodeo with respect to sports injuries, so I can say from experience this operation is top notch.

My time with Athletico was the 3rd time in my life that I've been through physical therapy. It was the best experience I had so far; I had my best overall improvements under the expertise and professionalism from both of the physical therapists at this location, Jason and Megan. Jennifer was always very friendly, helpful, and professional as well. I would definitely recommend these folks if you need to fix your body!
