Stire opens early! Makes it nice to get tasks done before going to office. UPS makes it super easy to package, address, and mail gifts anywhere in the world. Associate was very helpful in providing info on low cost shipping options (forgot his name, but like 6’2’ tall with glasses).

This UPS store has the best customer service! Felix & Brian helped my husband and I with some Amazon returns and they were so accommodating. Not only that, but they are also quick & efficient. Definitely will be coming back here whenever I need to go to the UPS store. Highly recommend this location! It’s the best one in Gilbert.

I came into the store to get copies for my study guides. I was so stressed out for my upcoming exam. Caley and Felix were absolutely incredible! They were kind and so helpful! I will never go to another UPS location, amazing customer service!!!

Donald is AMAZING!!! I went to the USPS post office and they didn’t help me at all and didn’t have any of the supplies I needed to ship a telescope. Not only did Donald take the time to help me pack and cut down a box to make it more affordable to ship, he was so patient, kind, and helpful through the whole process. Thank you UPS! Next time I’m coming here first for sure. Donald I appreciate your help and your kindness!

Always a great experience and friendly staff every time I come (Cierra helped me today and she was great, they all are!). I have my own business so I send out client gifts frequently and have been using this location of UPS for about a year now, and its been great- they never complain when I come in with all my packages haha and are always ready to help! Good prices and I'm always surprised by how fast their shipping is too.

I'm in here 2-3x a month, using them for printing, Amazon returns and other postage needs, and they are all patient, nice and a pleasure to work with.

Felix gave great customer service! He made sure my prints were perfect. I watched him give care to an elderly women who seemed overwhelmed by the amount of documents she was mailing out. Felix was very kind and patient with her! In a world of crazy, this was so great to come to a shot front that has its customer’s at top priority!

My experience at this ups location could not have been better. The young man, Matt, who assisted me was extremely helpful. He was also so gosh darn cute. If I were Carol tome I would promote people like Matt. Very responsive and helpful! Take notes FedEx!!!

What a finely run establishment! The workers were very kind and helpful, especially Mr. Matthew and Mr. Donald. Those 2 made my day so much better. They treated me like family to be honest. One of the best UPS experiences of my life.

Today we spent some time with Caley at The Ups Store (Higley/Pecos). She was very knowledgeable and professional towards Notary duties/responsibilities. She was very personable and assisted us with numerous documents. I would recommend Caley to anyone who needs official documentation notarized. I frequent this UPS store weekly and the staff is always quick and efficient. Today I needed more assistance with lifting heavy packages and the two gentleman went above and beyond to help me.
