Fry's

First time in this store. Such a great change from what I'm used to in my home town. Nicely laid out, shelves were full and neat. Only issue I had was the very limited selection of jams and jellies.

First time at this location. It is a small store but it has everything you need. From produce, to toiletries, to everything in between! It is very clean and shelves are fully stocked. Employees are friendly and kind. I got greeted immediately by an employee. This place has everything you need here. I'm glad I came here. Will be coming back soon!!! ☺

I love coming here. They always have what I'm looking for and they have the freshest produce too. There's always a sale of some sort going on of what I want. There's a Fry's 2 miles from my place and I drive to this one which is 7 miles from my place. Fast friendly staff too. I'll miss this place when I leave to Nevada in 2 months. But if you live near here or even 7 miles away, go to this fry's, doesn't disappoint.

I have been lax in reviewing this store. The curbside service in particular. I can’t say enough good about this service. I started using during Covid and have continued. I usually go on the same day, around the same time so I can have the pleasure of the services of Bridgett. Not only does she do a great job of selecting my groceries, including excellent produce, she just makes my day brighter with her beautiful smile and bubbly personality! The other employees are great too but Miss Bridgett is a standout. I only wish they were allowed to accept tips! Thank you for this awesome service.

I bought a Bouquet from somewhere else for $100 for my Grandma. I looked at Fry's price for the same kind of Bouquet, and it was only $55 (in a vase)!!!

Here is a floral cake I thought was highly unique!!

I wish I could have had them do the flowers and cake for my wedding, had I known!!

Joseph helped me today at the customer service area and he was the best! Very kind and helpful. Resolved my problem immediately and knew exactly what to do. He seemed like he genuinely enjoys his job and cares about the customers which is rare in customer service. Thank you Joseph! On a day where everything was going wrong, you made this trip a breeze!

A fella with long hair pulled back by a red hair band and glasses gave me a very sincere greeting at the door. I’ve never written a review but I couldn’t find that guy so if you’re reading this, just know I was having kind of a rough day and that really cheered me up. Small gestures of kindness really go a long way.

Since I move to Gilbert this is my store, costumer service it's always great!, best fried chicken, today I waited for my 2 orders and got one free. That was really nice. 😀

The young man working self check was very attentive, helpful and polite 👍😆I told him he deserved a 10 !!

My favorite store to shop. Smaller than the Market Place. More personable. Never crowded.

Great vegetarian options. Great dairy free options.

Definitely recommend visiting this store whenever you need to buy some groceries. I used to work here. If you ever need help with anything Ryan is the best person to go to. He used to be my supervisor before I foolishly quit. The guy is very knowledgeable about seemingly everything in the store. Usually wearing a long sleeve buttoned shirt and looks kinda nerdy but he’s super cool and fast. He’s like the fastest cashier I’ve ever known even though he’s not technically a cashier. Sometimes he jumps onto a cash register to help speed up the lines at checkout. I recommend going through his lane if you see him working on one.

Amazing customer service, Crystal went above and beyond to help me with my western union issue today.

Fry's grocery has helpful and happy checkers and courtesy clerk's. Deli is very helpful and is kept up too date. Fry's is owned by Kroger so it like shopping at Ralphs or Vons but without the price gouging. Reminds me of down to earth Whole Foods as well. The staff has always the knowledge available to be able to answer my questions when I'm there. They pay attention to detail. The place is clean and neat. Well kept up and I will definitely return. here.

I love Frys, and I love my senior discount

This location is "my home store" and I frequently stop in on my way home from work. It's always clean and has very friendly well trained staff. Keep in mind this is not one of the Marketplace locations, so some departments are a bit limited. Usually well stocked shelves and very fresh produce. I always leave with something inspired.

I was at store#75 and Crystal at customer service desk provided phenomenal service regarding a money order that QuikTrip would not cash even though I bought it from them. She immediately called her supervisor and was advised to call Western Union to verify and they could cash it for me which Crystal did and she did that so fast, so quickly with such a friendly voice and smile - I was stunned as I stood there watching her. I got the money order cashed only to get another money order from her for the same amount so I could send it off and this is not normal because customer service today is not customer service and Crystal is the prime example of how you provide quick, exceptional, friendly service to everybody. I will always remember store 75 and go out of my way to shop there if I need to go to Fry's and I live in San Tan Valley. Ha.

Always a good, clean and friendly store. Have a great produce selection and store is generally always stocked well. If you don't like to shop then either go through Instacart (Frys accepts them) or let them do the shopping and have it delivered to your car. I've done both options previously and loved it, especially during the crazy busy holiday times - takes the stress out of shopping!
