Harmons Grocery - Roy

Jason in produce was closing for the night. Had to be just minutes before close. I had a hunger for some fresh pineapple, But none on shelve. I stopped him in the process of covering the produce for the night and he instantly said " let me see what I can do."
He figured out how to get in to the label printer and weighed me up some pineapple. I make it sound like it was easy it wasn't but it didn't stop him. He did it with out being frustrated or upset. I really expected the normal answer from the "big BLUE Store" down at the bottom of the hill. Where I'm constantly told "I don't know, not my department, or just no" with a look of frustration for asking them a question.
However JASON, well done feels good to be treated like a neighbor, except Jason treated me like family. Good looking out.
I'll make sure my neighbors, friends and family. Know just how amazing Harmons and Jason in produce takes care of its customers. Thanks again Joel.

This place is great! You find a ton of gems while shopping. The food is top notch. We always get some of their fresh bread loaves as well, the sour dough is delicious 🤤 We love to look at their vendors spots on the end caps too.

Special shoutout to Cindy, as well as Susan in the bakery department. Came in looking for chocolate covered strawberries for valentines, but I was a day early. Cindy walked me back to the bakery, and Susan offered to make a batch just for me that would be ready in a few hours. They saved my Valentines day, thank you so very much!

I had an amazing experience with one of your employees out at the gas station. I believe his name was Wheels, he was in a wheelchair. He helped me jack my car and put on my spare when I was stuck in the harmons parking lot. He had an amazing attitude and he really helped me out. Give that man a raise!!

Bathrooms are 15/10 dark ambience COMPLETELY WALLED STALLS. And most of all they are clean.

Harmos bakery came through for the mothers Day cake i ordered! And it looks and tasted like nothing I've ever eaten before its soo good!!

Great donuts if you get them fresh in the morning. The bear claws are massive!

Very clean store with a lot of niche items. Huge organic section and an absolutely beautiful fruit and veggie array. I love their salad bar because it goes by weight and there is a huge selection of toppings to choose from. Meat and fish butcher section is very clean and if you ever need a birthday cake, ORDER FROM HARMON'S! They outdo some of the "professionals" in the area by an actual mile. All of my kid's birthday cakes are custom and they are always on time, and the flavor/presentation/consistency are always top notch. I tried the whole "custom cake" thing with other local bakers who are independent, and I always find myself reverting to Harmon's. Customer service is impeccable. In case you can't tell, I can't rave enough about this location!

By far the best grocery store I've been to, and I have shopped all over the states and overseas! The prices don't bother me because the quality is magnificent. I haven't tried anything that they personal perpare that I haven't loved and the fact that they make everything from scratch makes my heart so happy!! Besides the great food, I have noticed since starting to shop here how happy all the employees are, everyone seems genuinely happy to be at work. Sara Townsend whom I have gotten to know is fantastic! She is so helpful, personable and full of knowledge! Today she made a delicious rockfish, I bought 6 fillets. While we were talking I asked about the smokehouse smoker out front and what was going on, she told me it is for an employee appreciation they are having, definitely sounds like a company that knows how to truly appreciate their staff! Keep it up Harmons, we need more companies like yours!

They have an incredible pastry and bread section...so many choices, very good quality.

I love this store. I went for the upscale grocery shopping, but was won over by the customer service. Everyone working the deli has been gracious and knowledgeable! The lady who assisted me from the cheese counter was extremely helpful with her recommendations. I spoke once with the man who ordered for the produce section regarding a discontinued product and he was just phenomenal. They're a little pricey compared to your average store, but shopping there is always a treat.

Sara is a ROCKSTAR! She was extremely helpful and has the type of personality that makes you want to come back! Her positive attitude and level of service is uncommon in the retail world. As I've been doing my holiday shopping, employees seem to try and get away with doing the bare minimum and Sara was the exception. As long as she's there we'll look forward to shopping at your store.

I love all Harmons, but Roy's Harmons is exceptional! They have the best staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have AMAZING selection for gifts, floral, bakery, meat, produce, drink.. everything really. Their deli food is so good! They feature different things, and the chefs are very talented. The new gas station has the friendliest people, and they keep it exceptionally clean, like the whole store. Harmons is higher priced, but its worth it. You pay for what you get!

This is a great grocery store and Pharmacy. The produce is always fresh with lots to choose from. The meat department is clean and the butchers a great help with questions.

I love this store. They provide personalized, caring customer service. I just had a surgery on my leg and had come to get my medications and some groceries. I wasn't sure how I was going to make it to the car. An employee volunteered to follow my husband and I to our car so that I could use the handi-cart to the car; since I can't walk almost at all. He helped load our car and then took the handi-cart back to the store. I've always had great service from the pharmacy as well. I will always prefer Harmon's over any other store. Thank you Harmon's!

Everyone in the store is so friendly and always willing to help. I love that the cashiers always great me by name. The gentleman outside by the gas pump are always so sweet. Today he could tell I was cold and was struggling with something. My tire light came on in my car. He was so sweet and finished pumping my gas and then helped me put air in my tires. I know I spend a little more here but the quality and how I am treated is always above and beyond. I am a customer for life!

Harmons has the best produce. Every other grocery store has bruised and beaten fruits and veggies. I 100% prefer to shop at Harmons than any other store. Their prices are higher, sure, but the store is quiet, the food is fresh, and the place is always clean.

Great selection in the deli.
Arguably the best around. Prices are a bit higher, but that keeps the walmartians away.
If you want top notch flowers at a good price. Use their floral department. We have all our flowers done here. And have never been disappointed.

I shop here often. Yesterday I chose to do self check-out. Because of my physical disability's I was having issues getting items to scan. Sara the clerk was quick to help and bag my purchases and put then in my cart She was amazing and personable. Thank you for her remarkable service.
