Boot Barn

I bought a hat there recently and was helped by a phenomenal man named Dave. He reshaped my hat for me not once but twice. My experience there was great!!! Thanks Dave for helping another Dave out!!!

Went in for a pair of boots, didnt have my size in the pair I wanted, so they ordered them in. To my surprise the boots we're $286 to order in, but the tag on the boot was $149.99. The cashier and Management assured me that when the boots came in they would refund the $286 and I would only pay the $149.99. Thats exactly what happened. Super friendly staff, very customer oriented. Greatly appreciated keep up the good work! I'll for sure be back.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with sizing of an online order and they helped us get it all sorted! I think it was the owner, helped us pick out my little mans first real pair of boots and an awesome belt! We are ready for Rodeo Season, Thanks Boot Barn!

We got boots here, and the Lady was so helpful very polite and was definitely willing to help us make sure my husband got into his boots. The place is very clean. and very easy to find your sizes and colors or whatever you need

Excellent selection of western boots, cowboy hats, clothing and western gear. Bought my new Stetson hat and many other things there. Very helpful people work there that will help you with anything you need.

I LOVE!! this store! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager is absolutely awesome!! They all help find exactly what you are looking for, even if they don't have it in the store. The online selection is awesome too, and all items I have ordered arrived days before expected.

Love this place. Was looking for a hat, they cleaned it (a little dust). And made sure it fit right. Ended up buying a couple shirts and a hat. They were great with questions I had. Boots weren't on the table this time.

Now, I'm a girl who loves her boots!! Since the day I walked into the Boot Barn store, I was in my groove. They have so many styles!! I really have to set a limit for myself when I go in there. The staff is very helpful and they don't hover over you while and try on. I like that because I like to take my time.

Lots of boots and clothing. I went in for new laces. The lady that helped me was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The cashier was also very friendly. Even the other customers were very friendly. Great place to go for all your boot and western wear needs. Good selection.

The lady working here is so sweet! She greeted us with a big smile and a hello as soon as we walked in the door. She was very helpful with my return and made it extremely easy. We will definitely be back!

Great store--friendly, helpful staff. Was able to easily return an item I'd ordered on-line, and then bought a nice shirt and pair of boots. Excellent, wide selection of Western boots, and much more. Will definitely return again, now that I know that you are close by, relatively ;-)

I ordered some items on line at Sheplers.com, a company that is in partnership with the Boot Barn. When I ordered my items I accidentally have them shipped to the Boot Barn instead of my house. I called the Boot Barn and it was either a shift manager or the store manager I wish I got her name because she went above and beyond the Call of Duty! Not only was she able to get my items shipped to my house but she was more than polite and completely understanding. That is the kind of customer service that makes or breaks a store. Good job Boot Barn I'll be sure to be a repeat customer and I advise anybody out there looking for their Western Wear head to the Boot Barn!
