I see so many angry people at the pharmacy. I don't think other customers realize that being short staffed can be difficult and frustrating for the employees. Despite long lines and rude customers, the pharmacists are always nice and answer my questions. I wish people were nicer to them because the way the pharmacy is ran is clearly not their fault. Better than a lot of the other pharmacies in the area.

We go here 3 to 4 times a month and sometimes they are really busy. They are pretty quick so no complaints. The employees we encounter in the store are always very friendly.

I visited Utah from Virginia and was blown away by the incredible service and staff at this pharmacy. Sarah waited on a few folks prior to me and each one left feeling they were listened to and valued. I noticed the drive through service with a smile with nonstop cars, I noticed the pharmacist being asked multiple questions with calm demeanor even though she was on her own call. I had to call them for info and yes the hold was long but not more than 10 min a lady named Courtney answered and was so nice I could’ve hugged her. It’s a great team of folks. I wish I had them in Virginia where both Walgreens and cvs pharmacies in my town never smile and never charge my prescription cost accurately. Unfortunately it’s probably due to the job and how people treat them. Pharmacies gave high turnover because customers are sick so not always nice. We need to treat them kindly.I am leaving this review because there are some negative ones and I think folks need to appreciate their blessings with this staff and understand some things are out if they’re control.

I love this CVS store! I would definitely recommend this store to everyone. Each time I enter I'm greeted with a "Hi!" or a "Welcome y'all!" Each staff member with whom I have ever dealt has treated me like family. I consider this CVS a wonderful place to shop.

I've never had issues with this pharmacy. The service is always friendly. The only issues I've had are generally my fault because I forgot to call in. If there is a problem on their end, they're always proactive in fixing it.

The pharmacist was amazing and so fast. So welcoming and just simply amazing he made my day literally so much better thank you to the pharmacist whoever was working friday march 17 3.20 pm

I'm in there quite often not only because they're close, but because the customer service is outstanding. The store manager usually greets me and knows my little 4 year old grandson that usually comes with me. The pharmacy staff are nice and patient when I'm asking questions. We also love the rewards program, might as well get something back for buying things you'll have to buy anyway!

They are always busy, but still take time to answer question, check insurance, etc with lots of patient.

The store associates have always been friendly and helpful. I coupon at this store every week and the staff have always been kind and patient with me. Mike and Staci have been amazing and I really appreciate them. I will continue to drive the 30 minutes to shop here.

Customer Service is WONDERFUL!
My daughters had fallen asleep in the car and I didn't want to wake them up to go in for the single item I needed. The gentleman at the pharmacy drive thru gladly assisted me regardless of me not purchasing a prescription. Extremely helpful and the kids didn't wake up!

Dani was so sweet and helpful! She was pleasant and smiled showing she enjoys her job;-)

Staff is always helpful and nice. I had three young children, one that was sick and shouldn’t go inside. The kind man at the window was so helpful and was willing to find a thermometer I needed so I didn’t have to bring my kids in.

I love CVS pharmacy. They are always super quick and answer any questions I have.

Great pharmacy. Always have my meds ready and waiting for pick up. Never have to wait in long lines. Now those of you complaining about the website not showing pharmacy hours; it shows both store and pharmacy hours on the store locator page.

The staff was very experienced, knowledgeable and courteous! I was very impressed with the level of customer service they provided!

I only went to the window of the pharmacy but the staff was friendly and helpful and the service was quick. I was 3rd in line but only sat there for about 5 minutes.

My go to local store for when I'm avoiding Walmart. It's like a small town store. Their employees are great, friendly and kind. You can tell they actually take pride in their work.

They did not have crutches but gave me options of searching for places by medical grade equipment and to call Smiths because they rent crutches.
