I had my first ever massage and I absolutely loved it! Alyssa on the front desk was so amazing and helpful! I was very anxious and she made me feel comfortable. I had so many questions and she sat with me and answered every single one! I will definitely be returning and I'm so happy I decided to start this health journey. Thank you Alyssa for helping me realize I have to take care of myself and being so helpful and nice!

My boyfriend and I just started coming to this location because we moved out to STV and so far I love everything about this place! I love how I can use my membership for a massage, stretch OR facial, I don’t have to just pick one and I love that there are a lot of therapists and availability. The front desk girls are so nice and Alyssa was the one that signed my boyfriend up, she made it such an easy experience.

I went to Massage Envy and it’s been a while since I’ve had a massage. The entire time I was well taken care of from the front desk to the service provided. The massage was amazing and the assistant manager helped me check out. She was so nice and welcoming and helped me with questions that I had about the membership. 10/10 would come here again.

Randy always is so friendly and greets me with a smile. I always appreciate her positivity! Alyeeia however is the reason I keep coming back. She's been healing me these past few months while dealing with a chronic illness. Her sessions have been the only relief I get during these dark times. Absolutely couldn't live without her. Overall I love this location and have made it my getaway home to feel like my old self again, even if just for a couple hours. Thank you Massage Envy!

I love Tiffany! She is literally the BEST massage therapist, I’ve ever had! I’ve had bad experiences with message therapists in the past. And could never find one with a technique I liked. Tiffany’s pressure and technique is perfect! Hits all my problem areas, whilst keeping me very relaxed. She does light-medium. Her medium is strong on tension and knots. I def would recommend Tiffany to everyone I know.

I’m new to Massage Envy in Queen Creek so didn’t know any of the therapists. I had Trevor for my first massage there and returned again with Trevor as my massage therapist. Trevor is very attentive and addresses all my areas of concern. He is kind & thoughtful and makes every accommodation to be sure I'm comfortable. I will definitely keep booking my massages at ME Queen Creek with Trevor. In addition to Trevor, the front office staff are incredibly helpful. I don’t know the name of the young woman who helped me yesterday, but she went above & beyond to get my questions answered. Great Massage Envy! Very happy there.

I’ve been a member for about 6 months now and have had many different people and locations that I’ve tried and my experience with Trevor was above and beyond. He pinpointed my trouble areas and made sure to do a thorough job full body and still made sure to go back and spend more time on the spots he thought needed it most. My experience usually when this happens is them rushing through feet hands etc and barely giving any pressure. He did a great job and I’m considering adding an extra massage before my next one which I already changed from a 60 to a 90 minute!

Kara was the best massage therapist I have ever had. Not only was her pressure harder than most can do, she also found a few problem areas to work on in the future to help with range of motion and flexibility.

Ended up signing up for monthly visits with her because of it.

Kara was great at deep tissue massage. I'm an avid weight lifter and muscles are always tight. She did a great job loosening me up without causing pain. Very relaxing. She's very friendly and professional. Nice person, too. I recommend Massage Envy

I had my first massage yesterday with Leslie and it was fantastic. She really worked my problem area and gave me recommendations for the aftercare. I liked it so much, I join the monthly membership. I scheduled my next visit and can't wait to try out other services, like a facial.

Update: once again, Lindsay and Massage Envy exceeds expectations. A 5 star isn’t good enough. 10 is more like it!

What a great experience! Friendly staff at the front desk. Everyone was very professional and warm. Andrew was my therapist and I can say that is one of the best massages I have ever had (and I have been a bodyworker for 20 years!). If I was going to be in town any longer I would have rescheduled. I am really grateful for the quality work I received. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Alyssa seriously needs a raise. She has amazing bedside manner and is a real professional. She's knows what she's doing and the pressure/comfort of the massage was exactly as I wanted it.

I find that overall the quality of customer service from any company is seriously deceasing as the years go by, so it was truly a refreshing experience to see some people still value it.

Overall my visit was great. The front office ladies were professional also. I would recommend the Queen Creek ME to anyone. Especially if you're seeing Alyssa.

This place has amazing massage therapists. I have seen about 6 of them and they have all been professional and delightful. I have been comming here for about 8 months and they all have done such a great job. My recommendation would be Heather. She does a great job working through my knots without having it hurt more then it should, and is very sweet. Overall, I have no complaints at all.
