Their service department is top notch, very honest, helpful, kind, and compassionate. Ben Owings helped me navigate a challenging situation, breaking down in Reno as I was passing through. He helped with tracking down warranty eligibility, navigating rentals, and working with other dealerships to get my truck to where it needed to be. The other gentlemen in the service department were super helpful as well, right down to the porters and the front desk. They helped get me back on the road within 24hrs. Could not be more grateful for Ben and his team at Lithia Chrysler Jeep and their coordination with the dealership responsible for the under warranty repair.

I’m only here to brag on all the great people involved in my XKR purchase. Go see Ashton, he’s the best used car salesman in the world. I’ve owned 48 cars, so those are high marks. He did perfect with selling me this new toy, his boss was amazing to work with, the entire sales team there is perfected. I think we had to deal with 15 mins of paperwork and then I was on the road. Car had some issues once I got it back to Dallas. Not a problem when you purchase with these guys! Bob Pearce in service is my man, if I wasn’t already married, I’d invite this guy to my wedding. Great to work with, perfect communication and the respect he provides is off the charts. He got $7k in repairs done on my new (used) car and all I did was call and say “hey, this isn’t right” it’s was butter smooth from there. Car is back and wonderful. Every person looking for a used car needs to buy here due to Ashton and the 60 day warranty that comes with every used car purchase. Once again. Smooth no pressure sales , Kenny and Chris and Joe were extremely helpful, answered my questions followed up with a phone call and offered additional assistance if I needed it. They had exactly the gladiator in Sarge green I was looking for. Kenny Rose was excellent and professional, job well done! I had to bring my 2023 Gladiator in for a service light , Charlie was super helpful and had me back on the road in no time. Another job well done!

By far the best car dealership in Reno . We will never buy anywhere else. We will be with Lithia for life . The customer service was well beyond 5 stars . They were so patient and kind. Showed us every vehicle we asked to see. The longest part was picking a car. Once we decided on one they had everything complete for us in under an hour. 5 million stars to Ashton & Tony ! We will be back soon!

Lithia Jeep in Reno was a great place to buy my new car. Ashton was my sales rep. He was very knowledgable on the vehicle and all the different features. He was very patient and he walked me through everything to become familiar with the vehicle. He's been in touch with me even a month after my purchase to make sure I am happy with my purchase. This dealership isn't one and done. They stay in touch with you, they answer any questions, and solve problems long after you sign on the dotted line.

I needed to purchase a new vehicle while I was out of town. I work in Reno but live in Florida. Once I decided that I wanted to lease a Jeep Wrangler. I looked on Google to find a dealership near where I live. Called the dealership spoke with Sean Donlevy and we did a deal fully remote

My wife and I were shopping for a 2023 Jeep Gladiator being that Jeep was offering an amazing end of the year discount of 15% off MSPR. Found several dealerships from Sacramento to Las Vegas but most of their deals turned out to be too good to be true. Sacramento Jeep was the worst being that they wanted to tack on over $4000 worth of unwanted and unexpected dealership markups on stupid things like nitrogen in the tires. Fortunately, the price advertised by Lithia was what they were willing to sell their Jeep for and we were literally in and out of there with keys in hand in just about half an hour. No haggling, no dealership nonsense - just polite and honest service. For all the Jeeps we've bought in the past, I'd have to say that our experience here was one of the best and I would highly recommend them to you. Ask for Ashton Baker as he's the sales rep that took care of us.
