Thistle and Bloom at The Cottage Flowers

I called this florist kind of last minute and asked for their help with an arrangement for a funeral. The person I spoke with had a lot of information about the arrangements listed on the website and also what ones would need substitutions. Since I called later than I would have wanted to, I was nervous about the delivery timeline but they assured me it would be no problem to deliver the flowers prior to the service.

I didn't see the flowers in person, but everyone who did said the arrangement was gorgeous. I got told by multiple people to make sure I leave a good review for the florist.

We had a great experience ordering flowers for an executive's service anniversary. We ordered the "Designer's Choice" and were blown away with the stunning arrangement. Vicki and her team at Thistle and Bloom were absolutely fantastic to work with. I needed to find a funeral spray for a dear family member who had passed that resided in Arizona and unfortunately our family in California would not to able to attend the services so it was very important that we found a florist that could create an arrangement that could channel all of our love from a distance. The arrangement was spectacular!! They went above and beyond and we are so grateful! There is no other place around that could assemble such a luxurious arrangement. Thank you!

I had to place an order from Chicago for someone who just had a baby in Gilbert, AZ and I prefer to work with locally owned businesses so I do my digging (i.e. reading reviews, looking at customer pictures, etc.), Thistle and Bloom instilled confidence after doing some research. I placed my order and was contacted shortly thereafter with stuffed animal options as the owner offered more than their site did and it felt like she really cared about my order from 1500 miles away. The arrangement was orchestrated and delivered with a dinosaur the same day, without question. I received a picture of the arrangement itself and it was absolutely stunning. I will gladly recommend Thistle & Bloom to all my AZ friends from now on. Thank you for such a beautiful arrangement and care.

Julie put together a magnificent arrangement for my grandmother for Valentine's Day. My grandmother loved the flowers and I am thankful that they were able to have the flowers delivered on short notice!

The arrangement exceeded my expectations. They truly “delivered!”

I was looking to order an arrangement, on behalf of my father-in-law, to be delivered to my mother-in-law who was visiting from out of state. The arrangement was to celebrate a vow renewal anniversary. I spoke with Vickie, she was very friendly & super helpful. I gave her artistic license to arrange what she thought was appropriate of the occasion and the result was nothing short of fantastic. My mother-in-law loved the flowers, we had quite a bit of company over the weekend and everyone commented on the beauty of the arrangement. My father-in-law arrived a few days later and was very pleased, said "you nailed it!" I had to give all the credit to Thistle and Bloom. Flowers were delivered in the afternoon, as I had requested, to coincide with the arrival of the recipient. I am looking forward to future business with Thistle and Bloom and have already recommended them to others!

Ordered a Happy Birthday arrangement from Vicki that was beautiful. I was able to get a birthday balloon bouquet to go with the flowers and both were delivered that afternoon. I wish every business had this kind of customer service. I’m glad I found this flower shop and will order again and recommend to all my friends and family. What a great experience !

I bout flowers from this nice florist shop and i love it. It is run by husband and wife team and they are so amazing. I always like to support local business. And when i want to buy flowers i know where to go. I i recent got flowers for my husband and it was not a bouquet but simple 3 roses and they made it into a beautiful bouquet. I love the personal touch that they do for every customer. Definitely and highly recommend this place for any beautiful and special occasion. They do delivery too. The price is affordable. You tell them your price and they will definitely go out of their way and help to make it special for you. Love this place for sure.

I recently ordered flowers for my granddaughter‘s 16th birthday. I purposely try to call a local florist instead of ordering flowers online, Most florist will tell you that you will get better flowers and more of them if you call them personally rather than using the Internet, this prove to be wrong with Thistles and Bloom. I asked my son to send me a picture of the flowers as I live in Wisconsin and wanted to know what they look like, I was so disappointed. The total price of the arrangement was $70.02 out the door. It had 3 roses, two snapdragons, some thistle and a couple of other small things in a mason jar. It did not look like a $50 arrangement. I planned on ordering flowers for my son’s wife’s birthday at the end of the month, there’s no way I will order from this florist again, this look like a total rip off and a big disappointment. My son was shocked when I told him the whole thing cost $70 he said no way it was it worth it. He lives very close in the neighborhood so word-of-mouth goes around very quickly when people aren’t satisfied . I thought this review would go under my name, Lynne Kilian, not Ben Meyers, sorry about that.

My original review was only one star. I’m revising the review to 5 stars as they went out of their way to send another arrangement with more flowers and a nicer vase. My son said the second one was much nicer than the first. It’s nice to work with a store that will try to make a happy customer. I didn’t expect them to go to such lengths to make a satisfied customer. ( I can’t get out of Ben Meyers account, so this is Lynne Kilian writing this.)

One of the best florists I have ever used! The arrangement looked exactly like the photos online and the use of the succulents made it so unique and special. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants a very unique and beautiful arrangement!
