F45 Training Queen Creek

I have been a member here since it opened over one year ago. I love the workouts, but love the trainers even more! The environment is very welcoming. People of all fitness levels attend the classes and it like one big family. I highly recommend this location!

This gym has everything you need! I've been attending F45 at this studio for 7 months now. I've tried regular gyms and similar group fitness/HIIT classes, and nothing compares to this. The workouts are intense but approachable for all fitness levels, and different every day. Most importantly, the coaches are amazing - they're extremely motivating, inviting, and focused on helping you perform your best. If you want the best workout you can fit into 45 minutes, hit up this F45 studio.

I had been wanting to try F45 for about 6 months. About 2 weeks ago I attended my first F45 class using the 7 day free trial. I attended 6 out of the 7 trail days and now I've become a member. I have found the community and environment to be motivating and inspiring. Those that attend the classes are so kind and encouraging. The coaches have been very knowledgeable, energetic & helpful. What I love the best about F45, so far, is that these workouts are brainless. I get to just show up to class and the workout, equipment and encouragement are ready for me. The immediate results I have found from attending are the improvements in my mental health!!

So so happy with my decision to switch to F45. From my first day at the F45 studio I have experienced nothing but support + encouragement. Very impressed with the level of care and knowledge the coaches have & the owners are absolutely incredible. If you're looking for a new gym—this is it!

We love our F45! Evan, Haley and the team here are amazing. We go a couple times a week and truly believe it’s the best workout available. They are really encouraging and positive and I feel like I get the best work out for me without the pressure of competing or being yelled at :-).

The timing is perfect. The class goes really fast and is fun. Over the years we’ve done lots of different type of group fitness and this is by far the best.

I have tried A LOT of different gyms and classes in my life and F45 Queen Creek is my favorite BY FAR!! Evan and Hayley are incredible trainers/owners. They are welcoming, friendly, push you, motivate you, create a family environment and they know what they are talking about! How many times have you walked into the gym not knowing what to do or how to do it? At F45 Queen Creek, all you have to do is show up. You won't be intimidated with Evan and Hayley. They are professional and fun. I'm addicted!

My husband and I love F45! All of the coaches are amazing and make you feel right at home. Even though working out is tough routine for anyone to get into... with everyone’s positive energy and encouragement, you look forward to attending each class! They really care about their members and it shows. Thanks for always inspiring us to do better! We love y’all!

I absolutely love F45 Queen Creek. The work outs are fun and always challenging but the difference there is the staff!! Evan, Hailey and Sarah are wonderful! They helped my son get into shape to head to the military and have been so helpful in finding me alternatives to still workout with my tennis elbow!! Above and beyond! Must do workout in the QC!

I have struggled my adulthood finding a gym that motivated me to keep coming. I did a week trial with F45 and 6 months later I look forward to going as often as I can! The coaches are incredible and knowledgeable. The people I have met here have become friends, and really...it's like we are a big family!! I'd recommend F45 QC to anyone and everyone!!!

Awesome gym!!! I love group fitness classes, and the energy and motivation that comes with training in a group. F45 is extra fun. Good music (which is very important for me) I love the trainers and how they push and motivate you. And my husband loves the workouts and trainers too.

I LOVE F45 QC! The workouts are amazing and will push you! You don’t have to be an athlete or be in shape to start, but they will help you become more fit and increase your endurance. The coaches are AMAZING! They are helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging! Great environment!

While visiting our family we needed to find a gym for a week. My daughter in law recommended F45 QueenCreek. Evan, Hayley and the rest of their trainers were awesome! Even though we were drop ins I felt as if they were invested in my experience. I was motivated and left each day excited for the next! We will join once we move to Arizona. Highly recommended!!

F45 in Queen Creek, Arizona is incredible! The workouts are challenging and each individual can workout at their strength level. The coaches are great at helping with form as well which is very helpful. If you’re in Arizona, you should definitely try their 7 day trial because you will see results!

Me and my mom have been going to this specific F45 since it first opened and we’ve loved every minute of it! I’ve tried a ton of different gyms to help me with my high school swimming and have never had coaches like Evan or Haley who authentically care about my performance in and outside of the gym. We LOVE F45 QC💙!!!!!

I have been looking to experience F45. I began with the 7 day trial. Although, I’ve only began my first impression was a a great one. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed & greeted. The workout was challenging & music was capturing. Definitely allowed myself to zone in & focus on my workout. Before I knew, class was over.

Coach Hayley an Coach Evan are amazing! They hype you through some crazy good workouts! Even when you feel like you don’t have enough to make it, they bring this energy to the room that won’t let you quit. I highly recommend F45 Queen Creek!

This is by far one of the best workouts!! It’s so hard, but at the same time fun! You don’t have time to get tired or bored, it goes by so fast. It’s a combination of strength, cardio and Plyometrics and in no time you start to see results. The facility is also pristine, equipment in top shape and all the trainers are excellent. Just when you think you can’t go anymore, they still pull it out of you!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Best gym I have ever walked into. They truly care about their members and the goals they have for themselves. They have encouraged me to push myself to make so much progress. They have become more like family just a gym.

I love this place! The trainers/owners truly care about their members. They know what’s going on in your life and genuinely get to know you. They care about our community and the people in it. I always look forward to my workouts here.
