Panera Bread

This new location is pretty cool. It has great space to sit and do work. Plenty of outlets as well, to charge electronics. The coffee was delicious, never would have pegged Panera for a “coffee spot”. The food is also quite good. Definitely would come back again to grab coffee and work!

This new place is smaller than the one that used to be down the street. I wonder why they made this one.

Anyway, the food was fresh and tasty. We got sandwiches and some warm soups, since it has been cooler lately.

The parking lot is super busy, confusing and poorly laid out. I went during a delivery and the 18wheeler was taking up nearly the entire parking lot. I had to wish my way out of it.

First time visiting this new store, and the young girl behind the counter was extremely helpful. I will definitely use this store again. The food was fresh and exactly what I ordered.

Nearti was so sweet and kind! Was always smiling and patient with us even though my kids were going back and forth and kept changing their minds and she even got the whole order correct and (we changed our minds quite a few times.) She had absolutely the best customer service I have seen in very long time! Wish all cashiers were as nice as her! Thank you again!

I love the pick you own two. Soup or salad and half a sandwich. Broccoli cheese soup is delicious. We eat outside, next to the fountain. Order at the kiosk and take your buzzer, they bring the food out to you. The salads are good too.

Ive been a regular at so many paneras for so long but ever since this specific location opened i have been just blown away by the level of customer service they have lol everyone i've interacted with at this location is SO nice and SO sweet and seems so genuinely happy, it makes my day! One time i literally had to wait like 2 minutes in the drive thru and the girl apologized for the wait. Also one time a different worker accidentally told me I had some kind of free pastry reward on my Sip club but then my order actually didn't qualify and i was totally ok about it but then at the window she gave me the pastry anyway because she felt bad about the mix up! I was like aw thats so nice! Very friendly but also very professional service if u ask me. They seem like they actually care about the customers and want them to have a good experience

Went thru the drive through for some of their yummy chicken noodle soup. Fast friendly service too.

Fast friendly staff. Compared to most places they aren't price gouging like pei wei

The new location on Victoria Ln., is truly wonderful and much more inviting than the old structure / building in the Queen Creek marketplace.
This new addition to the QC community is precisely what QC needed, not just because its convenient added drive-through option, but because of its welcoming atmosphere:
With its airy, ethereal, modern and sleek architecture, but, more importantly, paired with and because of the warm and inviting service I received, I can sincerely say that I will be back!
One particular front of the house service member captured my attention: CALEB!

He is an absolute GEM and a rare asset to Panera Bread and I hope this young man will be rewarded accordingly with his unwavering hard work, attention to detail and cleanliness while also having bedazzled my service dog and me with utmost PROFESSIONAL, GENUINE and warm, attentive hospitality.

Caleb is a unique and inimitable, irreplaceable treasure to this Panera Bread location, as he exudes warm and authentic hospitality.
He has raised the bar for his industry peers and colleagues and I only so wish all other staff members were as attentive, astute, caring and genuine as Caleb is.

I have never been a big fan of corporate chain restaurants, much less of Panera Bread.

However, because of the stellar service my service dog and I received, we will be back!
Thanks to Caleb having treated and attended us with such genuine love for providing outstanding and PROMPT service, with his biggest attention having been to a SENSE OF URGENCY, i.e. paying attention to guests when they need service, I can’t wait to return to this location and enjoy one of their many culinary choices from their relatively vast and diverse menu.

In today’s and recent generations, unfortunately at most culinary venues, the latter trait is sadly often lost in the majority (too many!) of establishments, i.e. the management team failing to train their staff with a sense of urgency in providing service as well as attending guests’ needs, and such lack is often highly visible, resulting in guests being deeply frustrated.

With his sense of urgency to attend my fur baby and I quickly when we needed service, while also furnishing warm and utmost welcoming service, Caleb left a lasting impression which compelled me to leave this review.

I hope the management team reads this review and rewards this hard working young man with a raise and a promotion!

I am an industry vet, with years of luxury hotel and Michelin star restaurant management expertise and only leave positive reviews when a service member truly impresses me.
Hence, I am much delighted to leave this review for this Queen Creek location of Panera Bread, as it is only thanks to Caleb that we will return.

Thank you so very much for a memorable dining experience and for having spoiled us with warm and genuine hospitality with a keen detail to maintaining cleanliness at this location, Caleb!

I always come here with friends to study, such a great environment for studying. Good food as well!

This location is extra adorable in their cafe and the kiosks to order are super easy and convenient. The food is always delicious and the Pick 2 is a great lunch option. Good selection of desserts and lots of breads on menu.

Excellent place for breakfast. The Asiago bagel with egg, cheese and sausage was delicious.

Good food and drink. Sign up for the SIP club for extra rewards.

Dinner with the grand kids. The food is great. The location is great.

This Panera Bread location is our go to lunch spot. Great location within the Queen Creek Marketplace, right off the 202 freeway and Ellsworth Road. The restaurant offers plenty of outdoor seating (with misting system) on both sides of the corner building. Super cute!

The General Manager, Curtis, makes the best cappuchino in town! I like mine extra hot with extra foam, and boy do I get exactly what I enjoy! Hats off to Curtis, the barista master!

My two favorite items on the menu are the Green Goddess salad and Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup. We also ask for the side baguette to be double-toasted. It is delicious with melted butter on top! The baked goods always hit the spot, too. The toasted sesame bagel is the bomb! Our son loves the chocolate croissant. And you can get a loaf of freshly baked bread to go. Love our QC Panera Bread!

Panera bread was good I like their soup their sandwiches are also bum. I appreciate a good lunch that is relatively healthy. The environment was clean.

The place is clean but slightly dated. Sorry.. The staff are very nice. The food is constantly good. I can tell it's well managed. We'll be back again and again. Great job. Give Lilly a raise.

Great place to eat. We had a funeral recently and family sent over a ton of sandwiches, pastries, etc. and it was all wonderful and so very appreciated. We will use them for catering again. (And I can live off the turkey bravo sandwich, French onion soup, and bear claws. Seriously. So. Good.)
