My husband and I found the perfect power recliner chair here. The selection was easy because they had exactly the chair with the features I wanted. There were rows of chairs a huge selection, all of excellent style and quality. The young lady that helped us was so sweet and efficient, it was easy for us and this was the first store we visited. Very 😃 happy. Great furniture and good people to deal with!

Omg What an amazing experience Walkerville came in a half and hour before closing to look around. We were greeted by Wes and he said take your time look around I'll be back, great selections, great prices, customer service was awesome. The Manager/Supervisor she responded to Wes very expeditiously, very kind and helpful. There was no pressure to buy, they were not rushing us, We just wanted To let The Manager/Supervisor Antonio Moore know that they gave us The White Glove Experience. Brooklyn, our sales associate was professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the inventory. A week after visiting the store we called back to ask about the recliner that we had previously discussed, she offered to send me a picture to make sure we were on the same page. Within minutes I received the text along with an answer to another question. Later that evening my husband stopped in to make the purchase. He shared that while helping him she was also assisting another employee with their sale. He stated that she was “handling things” and maintained professionalism while multitasking. She made our shopping experience pleasant and smooth.

Wes greeted us and helped us make fabulous selections. My father was looking for a lift bed and new mattress. By the time we left, we both purchased lift beds and new mattresses!! Wes helped us both locate the best product for our needs.

The salesperson that I and my mother dealt with, Wes, was very accommodating. Everything that I had a question about he answered and he looked up furniture that we had questions about regarding a bigger size or whether it could be found at another store. As a matter of fact a large majority of the sales people there were very nice and personable and that's what really counts when someone is trying to take the time to find the right fit for their house. There were no pressure sales at all. West let me walk around the store and he checked on me every once in awhile and that gave me the chance to look and not feel like I'm being pressured to make a sale. I found the perfect piece to add to my living room. Even during the final process of purchasing the item, the gentleman that dealt with the business transaction of actually paying for the item was very nice and personable and that made me and my mother very comfortable dealing with this company.

I worked with Wes and Yadi to locate some furniture over email and text. They were terrific and worked hard to find just what I wanted. Wes was so helpful and ran all over the warehouse to find my things. He kept me posted with photos and screenshots. Great experience!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Jodi. She was a big help in helping me purchase my first mattress. She took every question I had (there were a lot) and was able to ease my mind and help me find the perfect bed!!

It was a good experience. Wes assisted us with buying a couple of recliners and an area rug. When I found a photo os a sideboard I sent it to him. Wes made the purchase and delivery go smoothly.

I was looking to match a hard-to-match piece I already had on hand. I sought advice from The Dump about what was in stock and what might be otherwise available. Yadira at The Dump Hampton sprung into action, found the piece I was interested in, and set up a chance for me to view it first-hand. I am impressed by the responsiveness of the staff and the way they go the extra mile to accommodate clients (like me!) who don't always know what they want. I'm very pleased by my interaction and look forward to working with The Dump and the whole Haynes furniture empire again.
