Love this gym! The staff is awesome. Clean facility. Great equipment. The classes are challenging but have modifications if you need them. The trainers are helpful and encouraging. The other women in attendance are all very friendly. It is not intimidating like some gyms can be. Thirty minutes fly by and you feel like you got a great workout. And the childcare is an added bonus! I think my 10 month old has tricked them into holding her the whole time and she loves it. Highly recommend!!!

What an amazing new gym and perfect location! Staff could not be more kind, friendly and caring towards each individuals needs. Coaches are not just instructors they are your friends (truly care about your goals). Beautiful, clean, newly built gym with child care available. Classes are 30min long but don't let that fool you....you will feel the burn! All female gym, private, with shower rooms and lockers for each person to use. So many classes to choose from. I really LOVE this place!

Best gym ever! Very clean, and there are wipe ans spray stations for you to wipe down equipment between uses. Everyone is so friendly with a positive energy. There is no excuse to not go to the gym. Convenient location and childcare is included! You can't beat the price. You can get a killer workout in while wonderful Ms. Colleen watches your child. My child loves going to the gym with me. They play, do crafts and there is a window for your child to see you (not that they care what you're doing because they are having too much fun to notice anything outside the playroom), and you can easily see them. There are fun bonus classes on Sundays too. Like dance workouts, stretch classes. I hate working out but Delta Life doesn't make it dreadful. There are fun monthly goals too which help you stay on track.

I love this place! The staff are so sweet—they know you by name. It’s a huge bonus that they provide childcare and my 2 year old daughter LOVES it there. She’s always excited to go “play at the gym.” The workouts are challenging and only 30 minutes which means I get the best bang for my time and am able to burn tons of calories. The moves can be modified to fit any fitness level and any condition. You should definitely check it out!

I can’t say enough good things about Delta Life Fitness! I started Delta with very little confidence and unmotivated. I have a ton of excuses to not workout but at Delta it’s a 30 minute workout! 30 minutes! If I can’t take 30 minutes to focus on myself then shame on me.
The instructors and staff are very friendly (and have great memories because they know everyone by name) and are always encouraging you to be the best you, you can be!
The facility is immaculate, they follow all safety guidelines and my kids (10, 8 & 5) love the child center. They do arts and crafts, watch movies and play games. They even get to watch mommy get her sweat on should they choose.
All exercises can be modified and the instructors are sure to take their time to assist you.

I love everything about this gym! From the smiling faces when I walk in the door to the cooling towels after a killer workout and EVERYTHING in between. This has been my place of peace and self care for over a year, I am so happy I joined.

Awesome place for women to work out. Free day care and other amenities. The essential oil infused cooling towel at the end is the best!

I felt instantly comfortable here. The girls are all really nice, professional, and motivating. The facility is beautiful, clean, and following covid safety protocols. I can't wait to go back!
