I was welcomed and greeted with my favorite smell in the world. They have a wide variety of cannabis products and smoking utensils. They are prompt courteous and overall have an excellent establishment and great product with reasonable prices.

On Oct 7th I was having a mental breakdown. I came into the shop even though I could not pull myself together. From the moment I walked in the door every employee showed me kindness. They engaged me and got me talking about my children. They saved my life.
Unfortunately I have been asked to leave a business or was treated rudely when I have had breakdowns in the past .
I always get great service, but they went above and beyond this day.

Great customer service and very friendly staff. In a rough neighborhood as it's right on highway 99 but the friendly knowledgeable staff makes up for that.
This place has become like family. The team is always in great spirits and funny. Great people. Nice to have this place in the neighborhood.

I don’t frequent this dispensary anymore but just wanted to give you guys the five stars for finally putting the billboard on the proper side of Pac Highway. Outstanding job!

Also, when I did shop here I always got excellent service. Thanks for that too!

This place is super chill. Their customer service is great. Forest is great as a greeter and the security guard lady are awesome and thanks to Alex for helping me in the store retrieve my debit card from the ATM machine. You’re awesome. And the selection here is amazing and they always have good sales.

Here I go again!
So if I put an order in online and the system takes my order and I do the checkout procedure, and then I go pick up my order. Do me a favor, If your out of something I ordered please tell me when I'm picking up that order and "Let Me" decide if I want to order something in place of it, don't just substitute it without my consent or at the very least tell me when I'm standing there that it was substituted with something else so I can decide for myself what I want to smoke if I even want something else in place of it. This is not the first time this has happened. I know you're just trying to not lose a sale, I get that, but unless I ask what's a good replacement, don't just take it upon yourselves to choose for me, that's not just rude but also insulting as well. Please just say "hey were out of this would you like something else in place of it?" Then make a suggestion directly to me. And to not even say anything about it and it's not till i get home that i even see that's it's been substituted is what really ticks me off. I guess I'm gonna have to just assume that my order is gonna be screwed up if I don't check every single time from now on. There are a few that will repeat the order back to me before they ring it up which is good practice and would also nip any problems in the bud(no pun intended) at the point of sale. And it's not even the same strain, that's what really upsets me, I smoke what I smoke for a reason!
Update: 7/3/23 happened yet again! Come on guys I know you all are better than this
10/13/23 hugely improved! Every tender it takes their time repeats back your order and everything is perfect!

Got a lovely glass piece from here, hits very well. I even got a $25 ounce that was so stoney, I only needed 2 hits, and I smoke dabs on the daily. Great place, great bud tenders, great products, and even better prices. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

It was my first time to came here and my first time to try this stuff...I was looking for pain reliever gummy since I have an issue from back shoulder pain and elbow. The staff recommend me some gummies and dragon ointment.I bought gummies and ointment.
I'd tried the gummies when I get back home but sad to say it's not working for my pain instead the side effects makes me blah. I would like to get back here and try the different stuff that really works for my pain I hope somebody will help me to find the stuff that really helps to ease my pain.

I stopped by here during a visit from Louisiana and I liked their prices and variety of choices for some pretty good buds. I was happy with my purchases.

Great service every time I go. They are very helpful at giving recommendations, if you have any questions they are quick to help or find someone who can. Also there is security so you feel protected while making your purchase ( the security guards are even friendly as long as you are respectful). Overall I am very please with all the staff there.

this place is so good I almost wanna gatekeep.. but I won't because they deserve the love. this is the best dispensary in western wa. they have great selection, great prices and sales allll the time, and the staff are all the friendliest chillest people, and very knowledgeable about their product! this will always be my go to

Tristan is worth his weight in gold three times over! Helped me with nectar collecting ideas as well as no rush sales made the experience not merchandise fantastic.
The experience from my budtender only made me wish I had more to spend. At checkout I found the Last Chance section - top shelf cartridges and last remnants of product.
Very pleased - highly recommended!
