We had a great case worker that went above and beyond for the best interest of Our girl.

The things I've seen these EXTREMELY incompetent ppl do to families is CRIMINAL to say the least! I believe this organization is one of the biggest violators of major crimes and cruelty that exist.

What's up with comments being taken down about 122 Canterbury St. 01603 and a man named Jake abusing his daughters and the strange contact that he has with the local little boys?! I'm sick to my stomach that they would take down such an important comment but not surprised at all. They are covering up for an abusive man because it's just more paper work for them. Sick world we live in these days when DCF doesn't even look out for the safety of the children. Jake is in his 30's hanging with little boys and abusing them.

Horrible business to deal with. I’ve been fostering a newborn for the past couple months and dcf has been miserable to work with. No one has answers on anything and both office love to schedule appointments and cancel last minute, causing me to miss more work than I already have. I get no responses from any case workers for atleast 3-5 days between conversations, and even then the answer I’ll get is, “ I need to ask my supervisor”.

I would love to foster more children in the future but DCF is the the only reason why I will stay as far away as possible. Absolutely horrible organization.

I am sorely disappointed in the way I've been treated by this organization. In my effort to protect my children from their toxic manipulative mother, I suddenly found myself the target of her lies. The investigators are not well trained to recognize when they are being manipulated. My ex continued to lie and bring false accusations against me when she saw how easily they believed her lies. Now that I've finally been cleared I can only hope that they won't fall for her or other people's lies against innocent parties. They need to learn how to deal with people who abuse the system so that the cases that really need attention can get the time they deserve.

My case worker wasn't a bright worker. She just cant seem to get the story straight. Calling me a liar while I was the victim. My ex had the 51 a and the 51 b respond on him. My case worker went towards his side. She kept making feel like I had no choice but to do the things that they required me to do. They r disgusting people in my eyes. They cared more about the mother and the kids more than the person who cause the case to be open.

So corrupt and they NOT help children in need in any way. You go in asking for voluntary services and are turned away. I know of so many children whose lives were ruined by this agency, including me and it’s sad that in 16 yrs, nothing at all has changed. Extremely corrupt and it doesn’t matter who the better parent is or what’s in the best interest of the children, it’s whoever has the most money to hire the best attorney. Extremely sad how many lives have been ruined by judges who don’t even read the whole story and instead rush through the case!!!

The Worcester DCF office constantly tramples on people’s rights.. I don’t mind them making sure kids are ok but taking pictures of my kids laying down and holding your camera against your chest in a manner that makes it overly obvious that you are recording my conversations without permission 🤦‍♀ I cannot wait to be out of here but if you want my advice dealing with them whether fostering, someone made a report or voluntary insert nanny cams and get legal help… the only government agency that somehow has immunity but if you have to start suing the workers directly maybe they will stop the corruption

These people lie in court and take away children from their parents based upon bogus reasons. So much as saying you have ADHD will have them trying to take your kid. Having ADHD is not a legal reason to take away a kid. They do this because they earn more money from having kids adopted. Lawyers that work for them have straight up acknowledged that this is their main reason for their actions. They are corrupt and the fact that they still do this is horrific and illegal alone!

My experience with DCF has been a nightmare. I’m naming names. Jamie and her boss Monique. I’ve called several times regarding my son’s drinking. The department has been involved for about four years. They no longer take my calls or even answer the phone when I call. To DCF my son, is in ICU at St. Vincents Hospital, he was admitted for pneumonia and his kidneys are shutting down which is alcohol related. Not only that my anomontity was disclosed to my son. I wish you had intervened and not push it under the rug.

Worcester has so many rude unprofessional dcf workers that only care about getting paid they don't care about family's or children I hope for a change an looking forward to filing a complain I pray for all the kids being held up when they have good family's to go too

Placed my grandson in custody with two recovering heroin addicts who go to the clinic every day, instead of me.Reason? Because I live to close to the parents.Thats just one thing of many

I have had positive dealings with this office in the past. But I recently got a visit about some bogus allegations and the DCF worker was completely unprofessional and rude.

00000 crooks.. just want that pay
