Worcester City Hall

I enjoyed the art gallery for the most part in the hallways. Got to speak with some of the staff so that was pretty cool. Wouldn’t mind visiting the city again... the trees in most places are a beautiful deep green which I LOVE. Omg I fell in love walking around some of the parks (so beautiful).

Great event space in the park, Worcester Common, behind City Hall. Visited during Winter Festival.

Very beautiful building with ancient style located in the central area of Worcester city. Interestingly, entering the City hall, I saw a welcoming sign with some different languages including Vietnamese as " Chao Mung". I was so moved. Just with 2 simple words of Vietnamese language, I felt warm and felt that we- Vietnamese are recognized and respected here. And I think all guys from other origins would feel the same. Thank you, America and Worcester city for your warmnest❤

It’s a very beautiful building. I love the design of it and the Christmas decorations on the windows.

So clean and organized, runs like a well oiled machine.

The staff we spoke with were so friendly and efficient.

Unlike Springfield City Hall, they have a free staffed parking garage to use while conducting business there. Even this guy was very nice.

Just outside City Hall is an ice skating rink with a very large Christmas Tree, it all looks beautiful.

I'm not sure it was because I came at the end of the day or it's because of COVID. Don't seem to be many people here and there was no waiting line at all for me to see the treasure and tax collector. I'm glad that they still have free parking for the visitors. You don't see that anymore at many public places, especially where they provide civil service such as City Hall. Kudos to Worcester City Hall!

I was in and out of city hall in 10 mins with birth certificate. Apparently, they have free 30 minute underground parking for those who need to handle business at the Worcester City Hall(very convenient). I was about to spend $20 down the street, and walk, but the guy I spoke with was nice to let me know. Just a little heads up!

Come here more and more each year. The staff of 2021 have been so incredibly helpful. It's always super clean organized and they really know their stuff here. Very thankful to have a great resource to the the community.

One of the most accessible City Hall bld's. I've been to. Beautiful inside+out, tons of historical documents and artifacts. Help+info. desk just inside the front entrance. Gorgeous split marble staircases, too much to mention. If you're visiting downtown Worcester or even a resident who loves or takes pride in your city, you must check it out and see this piece of architecture as well as the park and monuments in the rear. I love when i have business to take care of or even just stop by and enjoy it. When you do get a chance to go- come back to my review and like, which will inspire me to do more reviews.

I had to drop off papers for the Historical Commission. Since the building was closed I was told to drive into the garage, call and she would come out. It was very easy. She was very kind and helpful.

There was live music food vendors and people giving away free tshirts. I grabbed a couple Gun violence prevention shirts to spread the word. There also was a dancing group that was pretty fun.

City Hall is one of the beautiful buildings downtown that reminds me of Worcester's history. Imagine how many generations and ways of life these buildings have witnessed?

For appointment only I got in and out no problem. In and out like a fast food restaurant, now do I want to be a corporation or a sole proprietorship., Hmmm
That's the question maybe just gets insurance, hmm 🤔🤔🤔

Visited city hall recently, beautiful building, historical artifacts on display, parking is a bit of a pain but lots of business can be done here. Taxes, voting, tickets, licenses birth certificates.....
