The cashier I went to was very helpful and friendly. It was extremely crowded but she took the time to acknowledge me and thank me for coming by. her name was Hope and I’d go back again if she was the Xavier that would help me.

This is a 24-hour Longs Drugs that you can rely to grab your emergency/travel needs while staying in Hilo. Staffs are pretty efficient and they will gladly help you on your queries. A great help to fix some last minute needs!

This is a great store. Is it a drug store or grocery store or general store? Yes it is. We were able to find everything we needed with a quick trip into Long's in Hilo. The workers were super friendly too.

Longs is great! Very convenient location, store was clean and well stocked. Staff we friendly and willing to assist with no attitude. I appreciated the professionalism and the help from 2 different associates. Cashier was great too!

i never have issues with no one! Other people get upset and inpatient because they need something quick. This location has best service . Been coming here since we moved back home🤙🏾

Get there early, be here before 1:30 when they close for lunch, they're friendly, professional and you are in and out in minutes, from my long term experience! Simply the best!

Longs is my favorite place to shop for fast last minute things.

Upon entering the store, the garbage cans were both filled to the gills, practically hanging out. This is my only concern. The store was clean, however seeing the trash cans about to overflow with trash kind of made me why.

I don't know what all the complaints are for. I've been around the country. The people at the drive through window are excellent. They have the prescription ready when your doctor office calls it in and then your insurance approves. The only rudeness I experienced was inside from a dark haired supervisor or a lead of the cashiers. She acts like she cannot wait to get off duty on the mid shift. She make me sick. But the rest? Is excellent compared Nation wide.

My recent visit to Longs CVS pharmacy in downtown Hilo was excellent! Staff was warm and friendly which made my visit one that I’d definitely repeat! I love the vibe that’s going on there!! Dramatic changes in the overall attitude of staff!!

I recommend drive thru today i recived excellent customer service by angie at drive thru and she helped me save money and was very helpful. I appreciate her as and employee.

Was able to get prescriptions from ER filled about 1am. Pharmacist was very helpful. They did not have one of the products but were able to suggest a similar OTC alternative. Very thankful for this 24-hr pharmacy as I was very ill with flu. We used this pharmacy on several occasions.

Amazing pharmacist recommended hand sanitizer for fire ant bites and it worked. I almost hugged her on our way out.

Natasha in the cosmetics aisle is Da' BEST!!! She has really helped me pick out affordable skin cremes for my "mature" skin.. Mahalo Nui Loa Natasha!

Love it, 24hours, located downtown and when you really need medications for yourself your family, they are there. Pharmacy open as well, but snacks, they have tons of snacks for any craving late at nite or early in the day.

Love longs. Most workers are cool. My 1st choice for picking up medications

Longs is basically CVS in Hawaii. Same setup and same products with same prices.

Great place. Employee training could be a bit better in these trying times. But all companies are in the same boat
