This store has a great team and the largest selection of beverages I have seen on the island barring a store in Kona. I find a different brew I wish to try everytime. Beer of the day is Birra Moretti LavRoosa from Italy.

Staff were so helpful and friendly with me on the phone even when they were busy in store - reciprocal patience from both sides :) They have a great selection of drinks and prices are reasonable. Oh, staff are very knowledgeable too!

Easily the best wine/beer/liquor store around. A dizzying array of choices stacked from floor to ceiling and every conceivable size. Need to stock your bar with standards plus a few unexpected delights? This is the place. Looking for something special? Ask for help. Service is friendly and knowledgeable! Want to splurge? There's a "secret room" where the really good stuff is tucked away. What a wonderful find. Once you come here, you'll never buy your wine at the grocery store again. So many delightful surprises here.

Extremely well varied selection. Central location in downtown Hilo. Family run business attached to a locally themed take-out restaurant. Very much caring of customers safety in this Pandemic. Special orders can be made and you will be notified upon arrival. I'm personally located quite close and this place allows my comfort at home to be easily accessible. Look for Jaylynn.

I love Kadota Liquor! It as all the good stuff. There are all the classics, but always something new to try. They have a new fridge and the beer is always extremely cold. Be responsible and go to Kadota's first. 😁

One of the longest, oldest, and stocked liquor stores in Hilo!!!! You can find jewels in this store!!!! Regular stores, super markets, grocery stores, mini marts cannot come close to what Kadota Liquors carry!!! Plus their bag ice is cheap! $2/10# NO TAX one bag ice! Worth it!!!

Best inventory on the Big Island. Staff was friendly and helpful. We requested a specialty tequila and they promised to let us know when they're able to get it in. Impressive selection of general liquors, wines, specialty beers, and sake.

Great fully stocked liquor store, if they don't have what you are looking for they can get it with the help of their very friendly staff. Support local businesses it really does matter.

Always kind and great customer service! Best selection in Hilo, and they often have sales. Sometimes bottles can be a dollar or two more, but it's locally owned and operated, and the selection and easy atmosphere are totally worth the extra dollar here and there. Also: WAAAAAAAY faster than stopping at a grocery store.
