Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was my second rental from the Enterprise store on Duke Street in Alexandria - not far from my home. Both times my experience was excellent. The customer service and friendliness of the staff was more than one could ask for. I was reassured both times - when I needed a reliable vehicle to accommodate unusual circumstances - that it was going to work out as I needed it to. I also observed the staff as they interacted with other customers - and I was equally impressed with their consistent care and knowledge of what Enterprise could provide them. I had the opportunity to interact with two different staff members this time and they were very professional and certainly seemed to look out for me. The entire experience, at a very busy time of the year, lifted my spirits and helped me to feel good about the 'investment' of my money in a service that was critical to me at the time. The staff at this store definitely put a very positive light on Enterprise Rent-A-Car and I have already shared my impression with several friends.

Had a great experience with this Enterprise location. One of their employees picked me up from the car repair shop and I was rolling away within 30 minutes (definitely pays to coordinate your rental ahead of time). Additionally, my car repair was going to take longer than expected, so after a quick call they were able to extend my current rental. Best of all, when my repairs were done I was able to leave my rental at the repair shop! Definitely will use this location again

The staff is amazing. The customer service is friendly and welcoming. The front desk agent knows the customer by name. I would highly recommend this enterprise…

Great location, friendly and respectful staff. Wish they had more inventory but that can’t be helped. I even left some presents in the car by accident upon return. And they returned the gifts no problem

Getting a rental has been tough these past few weeks. I reached out to this location in Alexandria and they had a few cars left and held the car for me until I got here. They also washed it! Excellent customer service from the Manager and his crew.

We rented a vehicle over the holiday to visit family and Dy’Quest Patterson and Marcel Guzman were a pleasure to work with. They were very courteous and seemed genuinely interested in proving great customer service. We will rent from this location again!

When my own car suddenly needed servicing that would last several days, this Enterprise office was extremely helpful. I appreciated the friendly counter service and the flexibility provided by after hours drop-off. The price and the car were great as well.

Everyone at the Duke Street location in Alexandria Virginia was very model of professionalism and courtesy. They were all as helpful as they could possibly be, and accommodating to a fault. I highly recommend this location.

Great experience at this location. I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received here was exemplary. Parker was extremely helpful and took the time to walk through my complicated vehicle situation with me (despite the fact that I arrived near close of business!). I’ll be coming back to this location for any future rental car needs.

Jose was extremely helpful with the process. He is a great professional. He knows what he is talking about and is always willing to help the customers. I would have given Enterprise a lower rating. But honestly, Jose saved the day twice. If you go to this location ask for Jose.

and Parker at this Enterprise location. We had a difficult situation and were in need of a rental car for 2 weeks. With limited inventory the staff worked with us to provide a good vehicle and accommodate special requests like after hours drop off. Thank you for your above and beyond efforts and professionalism. Professional, friendly staff. Have rented several times from this location with both pickup and drop-off being efficient and easy.

Had a rental from this location after an accident and staff were very helpful. Even when Geico was behind in approving extensions, they were more than accommodating in helping me without hassling about payments. Really great experience at this establishment, and it was everyone that I spoke to. Give these people a raise already
