The Staff was very very helpful and the facility was very clean and they have a ton of equipment for rent. The after hours return was simple and they have a well lit return drive. Great U-Haul Store!

I had a really good experience. Joshua was really polite and helpful. First day he helped me set up a storage unit. He walked me through everything and me sure I understood what I needed to do. Second day when I returned the truck. I didn't have to wait very long. He was polite while going through the checklist. I had a great experience.

You all are amazing! I got a uhaul trailer in Lewiston, ID and was heading to Salem, OR. The safety chain was not correctly attached, came off and apparently broke the wiring. A kind group of fabulous people behind me on hwy 84 warned me that the lights weren’t working and the chain was dragging. They directed me to your place and they were right. Friendly, helpful, and you really did save the day. Thank you!

Always great customer service. This location gets pretty busy, but they take the time to get you what you need as quickly as possible. Have used this location over half a dozen times with only positive results.

I rented with this location back in early June. I needed to get items back east, including a vehicle. Dennis and his staff not only found me the most efficient and cost effective setup, but he saw I needed some help determining how to secure the load, and unhesitatingly helped. This was a top notch experience! I can’t recommend this location enough!

Was moving from beaverton, Oregon to Texas and the wiring got broken (not sure who to blame for that), but Ergo fixed the wiring and the chains at the Dalles u-haul location, it worked without any problems the rest of the 4 day trip! Thanks, Ergo!

Quick and easy, great friendly service.

I've used their services several times and have always been pleased with the equipment and people. Knocked off one star due to a hard time getting through on the phone...may have just been a busy day/time?

First off... when we walked in, no one acknowledged us. I stood there for 15 mins waiting before the guy said anything. We came in to pick up a trailer. A family member reserved, paid, and spoke to someone who said a second driver could be the one to pick it up. When we got there, we were told no, that the person who reserved it needed to be there. Then they said okay well have the person who reserved the trailer upload their license, and we can do it. Then he said it wasn't working and didn't see it uploaded. So we gave him our license and he said that it won't work because he couldn't scan it. It was the paper version washington gives you as a temporary one. Omg! He finally got the uploaded license to show and rented the trailer to us. What's worse is that guy says he's the manager. Horrible customer service...

Such a terrible service. Over charged me and didn’t refund me.

I cannot believe this place. I specifically asked if I would get a additional charge if I kept the trailer for another day. The person their assured me that it I would only be charged for another day. The second day they call me and ask me where the trailer was. I explained what the person said and they said it would be ok. Later I found a $50 dollar charge on my account. When I tried to explain the owner yelled at me and refused to refund me. Kim off west 2nd is more honest and doesn’t lie to you. I will never return.

Bunch of scrubs. Showed up for a hitch installation this morning and they didn't have the parts in. No call in advance. The employee who was supposed to do it audibly said he had never installed a hitch receiver before. And they couldn't figure out how to process my refund. Wasted time and money for nothing.

Do not recommend this place at all. Employees are useless and incompetent. Was a nightmare from day 1 for my move to Kansas. I will NEVER use this company again.

Terrible service, so expensive.

Needs signs at entry of the parking lots stating no trucks instead of little ones in it. The worker could of came to my truck and ask for me to leave politely instead of waving his arms about angrily and pointing that the exit.
