McDonald's

This place fell apart, had teenagers fur staff always dirty and loud. Now that they renovated it. It has better service and a new ahstetic. Too industrial.
But great turn around. Still visit there once every few months for cheat meals...

All around a great McDonald's with good quality food and relatively quick service. Sometimes curbside pickup can be slow so it's better to go through the drive thru if you can. A nice spot to hop inside and have food indoors as well. There is some outdoor seating as well.

Always great for ice cream and a milkshake

Cheyenne was the most competent, pleasant, and helpful McDonald’s employee I have ever met. She helped me with my Mickey-Ds app, going over and above the call of duty. If everybody was even half as pleasant as Cheyenne, the world would be a much better place. Thanks, Cheyenne!

This is a fabulous McD's franchise. It's always super clean and the staff is incredibly helpful. I know that the food should be the same at all locations but for some reason everything always seems fresher and tastier here.

Great service at 12:30 in the morning. Was waiting for my daughter to get in to Worcester Airport and needed some food at that hour. Super friendly staff at the drive-through. Always great burgers and fries.

Staff were very friendly and very accommodating with me as I've never used the McDonald's app before but I recently downloaded it to get deals and they have a lot of good deals through the app and a lot of cool coupons to use the food was fast and was typical McDonald's food nothing wrong with it and the staff was very nice kind and accommodating to me

My husband went to meet someone there. (Not his choice) the young lady on the register was very helpful. He said he believes that it was the manger was the person who handed him his food. ( Very petite lady) she was very friendly, had a smile on and asked if he needed anything else. He sat down to eat. The food was hot and juice not dry. When leaving the same lady asked if everything was ok and said have a good day.

Honestly the best employees at any McDonalds (if not at any Worcester establishment). For most of them being so young, they are incredibly professional, especially the night staff. They are very understanding if there is an issue and they're always friendly. McD's is McD's so I never thought I'd be rating one, but the staff at this McD's in particular really deserve to be recognized.

It was wonderful to have a fresh, hot perfect double cheeseburger and the 4 pc chicken nuggets (also, hot and fresh!)...would not think I would be giving McDonald's such a great review. But I give credit, where credit is due. Cannot beat the price, $5.38, with small coke.

Got to McFlurry first one in a long time machine worked fine ask for some extra toppings on top after he mixed it and the young guy behind the counter obliged.

I asked a lady that works at McDonald's.. I was at drive thru
.if my dog and I could sit on the deck. When she said yes THEN we parked and she had breakfast on the deck. An elderly man came out from the store and asked if he could pet her. She's on a leash so she got a pat on the head. We put a smile on someone's face and that felt wonderful.

This is the best McDonald's in the area the employees are very kind the all the times I've been there the fries are warm even late nights the drive through is very speedy everything looks clean inside I have never seen the trash cans over full

Everyone is always kind and my orders are pretty much always correct. no issues👍

I thought the burger was close to Jesus in my heart. Praise god for the glory of this burger. Let me not fall into temptation with these fries for the lord knows only the burger and the salt of the fries will fill the Earth as is so in my arteries.

One of the fastest drive thru I have had for McDonald's.

I trust this McDonald's. Not a real fan of the one on main Street in. Worcester. Very polite people and they get the order right

Love a quarter pounder with cheese. In and out fast at the drive thru. My favorite McDonald's is the one on Shrewsbury Street.
