The UPS Store

Unlike other people here, I can only praise this UPS store. I do a lot of business with them and am always delighted. Always competent, quick, professional. The best UPS store I have been to. Shubham Garg is excellent as Notary Public too.

The UPS Store located at 210 Park Ave. is incredible. It has to be one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. I had a print job scheduled at Staples in Auburn and they lost what was hours of work and of extreme importance. The general manager was less than apologetic and unsympathetic to the importance and timeline of my documents. The lose of my work had significant ramifications. The general manager didn't even apologize. I was horrified to say the least. I had to replicate 24 hours of work in a day and have it in the mail before 5:00. I took my documents to the UPS store, I was extremely nervous and anxious because I have a P.C. that does not recognize third party websites so printing a job is always a hurdle. The owner of the store waited on me and his reassurance and knowledge about the process of printing my job was seamless. He eased my anxiety, he was patient and reassuring and a consummate professional. He is also very genuine, patient and cares about his customers. I won't go anywhere else! I am telling everyone to take their work to UPS, they are wonderful. They saved what could have been a disastrous situation. Thank you so much.

AWESOME experience just now. I’ve been coming here weekly to send a friend their mail. Today, although there were two employees each helping a customer, a tall gentleman with a beautiful smile called me over to a third register. He was so polite. When we were done, I said: is there a manager here. He said I’m the manager/owner. I said well, you’re doing a wonderful job and we laughed. Highly recommend UPS on Park Avenue!!

Had to have a document notarized and faxed. When I arrived at the store, it was packed - Saturday at 4:30 pm (they close at 5 pm). I was blown away at how the staff hustled and the amount of customers they took care of in the short amount of time I was there. Well-oiled, pleasant, efficient staff. Highly recommend.

Believe me when I tell you that I actively look forward to going to this UPS branch when I need to run an errand. No other shipper in town matches their quality, kindness, and helpfulness. I have shipped big items, heavy items, small and valuable items, and processed documents here. They are always so accommodating, friendly, and accountable in helping me send things out.

I was discouraged to see people disparaging this business. It's owner operated and they work so hard. I am proud to have them in the area as our local UPS option!

We had great service getting multiple documents notarized and witnessed at this store. One of the owners helped us at a very busy time. His attention to detail while also keeping workflow moving was very appreciated.

Very pleasant never rush and always weight you box before scanning when you bring them in a box. I go here 5 times a week and never never my box arrived damaged. I drive 15mins to this store when i have one 2 mins from my house. Service and care is priceless

I went in today the manager took really good care of me. I came in with multiple boxes and they were slammed. All my tracking number were circled and states were written on top which I found very helpful. Exceptional crew!

I called in to the store with a very large and complicated print and deliver job. 10 Business proposals requiring many specific steps done in exact order that had to be completed and delivered the next day. Special thanks to Andre and Jamie for stepping up and providing a level of service that I am personally not used to. They not only told me with confidence that they could do this job but also frequently communicated with me at every stage to insure everything was in order. GREAT Liaisons. Thank you!

Great service employees are helpful. They took care of my printing service and shipped my package. Owner were keep checking on me if I needed help. I would definitely recommend this store…

I've been renting a post office box here for over two years. The staff have been amazing, Sebastian always greets me and makes my day, Nicole always has my packages ready and Jamie the store manager, runs the store with great customer service and true professionalism. I always bring my mail and packages here and they even help tape them for me without seeming inconvenienced. They have different size post office boxes, as well as lamamation and sign making. There are cards for different occasions as well as copy machines, different size boxes and computers to use. I try to avoid the store right after work or first thing in the morning due to the rush, but they work fast and they im now what they are doing. I enjoy using this store for all my parcel needs.

The gentlemen at the desk checked for what was required for my Amazon return. He made suggestions and we ultimately bought a new return box for the large item. He wrapped it himself and I was out in less than 10 minutes!

Jamie, the store manager has been very fair and helpful to us over the years. He has been very supportive of my son's competition robotics team and makes sure our robots have traveled safely across the country to California year after year. I have found him to be extremely pleasant and have recommended others to ship their robots through his store.

Nate you rock. I had to send a document by the same day but could not get any notary around me. I called this location and they told me that Notary is available until 5PM. My document collection took time so I went there at 5:30PM. Still Nate was courteous enough to do the notary and his customer service attitude is outstanding. I usually don't write reviews but his positive attitude made me write this review to appreciate his help during urgent time.

Absolutely great customer service, had very hard working tall young man in the store, it was very busy and they did a great job to speed up the process multi-tasking, to help multiple customers at once in a calm manner.

The staff is really helpful and nice. They even at times help with advising on posting stuff. I have been there a few times more to return packages and for my postal needs. Never been disappointed. They even answer basic questions on call.

The best customer service I have ever received when it comes to shipping packages.
