Luciano's Restaurant

We wanted to show visiting relatives the best of Worcester and brought them to Union Station knowing that one of the best restaurants in the city is there too. Luciano's never disappoints and our guests were blown away. The ambiance takes you into another time when sitting down for a meal was an experience of all the senses. Our server made us feel right at home. We were never rushed. Everything from the drinks, salads, entree's, coffee and deserts were delicious and thoughtfully prepared and served. We enjoyed a great evening and the cost was beyond reasonable. We recommend that everyone enjoy Luciano's and see what dining should be.

I came in for a glass of wine and ended up ordering the prime rib off of the specials menu. The steak was perfect and the bartender Stephanie was a gracious host.

As we look forward to attending New Year’s Eve once again at Maxwell/ Luciano’s, I realize that although I posted this review on TripAadvisor, I neglected to post it on this site… so Here it is long overdue from Sept 2021…”We hosted a Bridal Shower / Brunch here for our daughter 2 weeks ago and I cannot say enough great things about it. I booked it very early.. last March, in the midst of Covid, when most other venues were not equipped to handle a reservation for Sept. Martin handled my request and was marvelous to work with… getting all the details down. When the time got close I worked with Stephanie and she was awesome, eager to satisfy every detail and request. And on the day, David ran himself ragged to get everything done to sheer perfection.

The day of the shower, we arrived to the Grand Hall all set up in spectacular fashion… tables set formally, lovely curtained dividers to make our space private, lovely entrance and a huge splendid adjacent area set up for the buffet.

This venue is breathtakingly beautiful, and having our celebration here allowed us to showcase the best Worcester has to offer! They had lovely background music playing to compliment the space perfectly.

The buffet was more than impressive and elegantly presented… fresh and delicious… from pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, waffles, eggs Benedict to two lovely salads , then progressed on to three chosen entrees of fish, beef and pasta, potatoes and roasted vegetables…AND a chef served carving station of Turkey and ham as well as omelette station!! An array of petite desserts and complimentary mimosas and bloody Mary’s topped off the spread.

I cannot stress how many compliments we received on the elegance and perfection of this event!

Dinner last night was to die for. They had a little buffet set up for our family. Everything was perfectly cook. Never had cold tortellini salad before, never thought I'd get excited over a salad. Can't wait to see when they open up the John Dillinger BBQ grill

Where do I start? Our group of six ordered 2 prepared sandwiches, 2 Buffet and 2 Hot Meals. As we were talking amongst ourselves. A member of the staff, not once but 3 times came to our table to remind us to all smile. Never asked how we were enjoying our meal or asking why only 2 members had food or why did the sandwiches came out 20 minutes before the rest of the food...
The food was still amazing.

I am absolutely THRILLED with our experience at Maxwell Luciano's restaurant for my father's retirement party. Hands-down, the BEST restaurant to hold an event, especially if you want the best service, food, and space for the price! Martin, Stephanie, Sierra, Kathy, and David did a fantastic job taking care of us. They met our every need and made sure everything was perfect the entire evening. The restaurant alone is a tourist attraction! The decor is unique and eye-catching, with all of the old photographs from the past and it's designed to make you feel comfortable and classy at the same time. Martin and Stephanie took care of all the details and made it easy for me to plan this special event for my father. I can't thank them enough. Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations. If you need a venue for an event, this is the place to call.

Went there for a holiday date night. The food was superb, Larissa was an excellent server, and the host was also attentive! You also cannot beat the beautiful union station as your background! My husband had the filet and I had the lobster ravioli. Such a classy restaurant!

I like the restaurant very much. The best in Worcester. We try to dine there at least once a week. Gus made a very smart decision to put his business in that beautiful building. We will be there tomorrow.

Phenomenal establishment, Stephanie is the best bartender/server you could ever ask for. She is a sweetheart. Food is unbelievable, and the setting of the restaurant is good for just about any event you'd like to have. A must try if you haven't already.

Luciano staff was kind and generous letting us do the photo shoot in the proximity to the restaurant.

Incredible staff that is very proud of their very unique building. The manager David made sure that the whole baby shower party of 26 was accommodated. It's very clean neat and organized. Great job manager David, thank you so much for your help.

This is a real gem,down to every detail. The food was beautifully prepared and served. The staff were exceptional and accommodating, and the decor was beautiful. I felt very pampered, and enjoyed just being part of it all. BRAVO !!!

The Father's Day Buffet was the best. They had everything from chicken parmegan to turkey and cranberry sauce (soooo good), rice pilaf, eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast sticks and waffles, etc. Really, really delicious. Excellent wait staff that came around often to see if you needed anything. All of the staff were very friendly. Only disappointment was that I didn't know about this place and went to a different place on Mother's Day that didn't come close to Lucianos. Loved it!!

So I absolutely love this restaurant!!! There food is amazing and there prices are reasonable. They always have events going on which is great but the downside is that when they have events the restaurant is usually closed to the public. It's rare that they are open to public when there's an event. I can't wait for September because they are going to have The Edward Brothers as an event which will be amazing. I couldn't go last year cause I was working but this year....I will be taking that night off 😀😀😀

Since my last review things have changed. The dance floor is now inside the main dinning area next to the bar. This provides a more convenient way to get drinks and food. The lighting has been reduced over the dance floor and provides for a more relaxed atmosphere. The dancing area is covered with a very nice layer of soft title that is easy on your feet. You feet will feel the difference right away. The dance area seems a little larger than at the old Maxwell's. A closed coat room is at a good location. The flashing screen lights outside is now now gone. Tom the DJ can select just about any dance music you request. Dave the floor manager keeps things moving with an eye on everything. The bar staff is very fast and friendly. My only concern is I think the closing should extend to 1AM. This will prevent customers going to the Green Island. Parking in the Franklin St garage in $1.00, very reasonable. Cover is $5.00. There are always 2 police officers on duty in Union Station. So theses changes now make this place the best dance club for an older, ops I mean mature couples. When you go there say hello to Gus, the owner. He has been in this business for many years and is a very nice person.

I went to Luciano's for a meeting and ended up loving the food! One can choose from a good assortment of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and entrees. I chose the meatloaf entree and was delighted. Waitresses were great servers and nice when I got there early. I must go back for Cherries Jubilee sometime, along with another entree....maybe Schrod! My friends had sandwiches and burgers that looked awesome. Very nice.

Over the past 20 years I have eaten at Club Maxine's and can honestly say that I believe it is the "BEST" Sunday Brunch. My large family has hosted and attended many functions here and we LOVE IT!!! They have a GREAT variety of wonderful foods - the servers are attentive - the view of the city - especially in the fall is spectacular. My only complaint is the croissants and missing Mr. Bill.

I'm giving them a 5 star rating for the EXCEPTIONAL attentiveness of ALL staff, decor/ambience and the variety and quality of the brunch buffet..the chef checked in on several occasions, the servers knew just when to come around and the variety of food choices were outstanding! Do try if you haven't, you won't be disappointed.

We went to Luciano's at Union Station in Worcester before the Boston Pops Holiday Concert at the Hanover Theater. The food was awesome! The service was very good, but there were very few people there. I think this place should be hopping on a Friday night! It is a beautiful restaurant in a very convenient location, with easy parking which they even validate for you. And the Boston Pops were sensational! I'm looking forward to my next chance to have dinner at Luciano's!
