From the welcome, to the presentation, to the atmosphere to the final course, I can't possibly tell you how amazing this dinner was. If you're looking for an enjoyable evening produced by a couple who truly loves what they do, this is the place. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

The food that Bill and his crew are able to create in their very small kitchen is terrific! Our group of 10 all enjoyed our dinners and conversation with the crew. I didn't give 5 stars for atmosphere because the venue is not extravagant with decorations. It is simply decorated which is ok with us. They did have nice tablecloths and candles on the tables for the dinner crowd! It is a special find for food and wine lovers.

Stopped in yesterday for lunch and had the best empanadas I ever had. The staff were really friendly and the prices were really reasonable considering how much food you get and the quality of the food. I will 100% be coming back to try other things but I absolutely will be back for those empanadas.

This place never disappoints! Bill and Jeanette are truly passionate about everything at the cafe. Food is always superior and service is always awesome. This restaurant should be your only choice for a pre dinner meal. The access to Hanover and Brickbox couldn’t be easier. It’s a must try! But save a seat for us! We will be back!

If you're looking for something tasty and filling at a low cost, Theatre Cafe is a great little place to grab a home-cooked meal away from home.

A cozy cafe right next to the Hanover Theater, the Theatre Cafe serves breakfast/lunch/dinner, and has a variety of specials daily. It's a small place, with warm, cozy vibes and a very friendly group of folks working there.

Dining in is an option (there is very limited seating but plenty of room to relax at your table), along with takeout and limited delivery.

My favorite meal there has been the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich on herb bread, but their fish & chips, and their croquettes with string beans are delicious as well.

Hidden little joint, but dang the food is great. The service was amazing. Very nice people. The older woman in the front was great and provided good service. Definitely going to be my new spot for lunch,

Amazing food in the heart of downtown Worcester. The staff are true culinary artists. Well worth a visit. Their lunches are great for on the go. Doesn’t break the bank either.

The food is 100% amazing! Bill is an incredible chef. Every meal is a culinary work of art. His partner, Jeanette, never forgets a single detail as she easily takes care of the whole room.

went for a quick meal during a seminar. It was a small cafe with amazing food! you won't be disappointed. The owner (?) was polite and watching them prepare each meal individually was impressive. The prices (with inflation) are actually really good 6 months ago Id have said fair pricing for a regular meal, but to be frank the food is better than regular and you're getting more than what you're paying for.

*reading reviews i see one comment about thin chowder. It is thin there, friend got the chowder, he said it was good. The business replied about thickeners are used they dont want to to use those. you can make it thicker without flour, but i bet with seeing how the rest of their food is made and having tasted one meal its probably fantastic thin chowder

Good food and super friendly and attentive service from both the boss and the employee of the cafe. Though we only ate a salad and a club sandwich, a mini dessert was offered to us at no costs. Next time in Worcester we sure will come again. Thank you!

The best white cheddar baked mac and cheese. Never had a bad meal there, but I've developed a severe dairy allery over the years and there are only a few foods that are "worth it". This is one of them. The owners and their employees are amazing. My young son has autism and they are so kind and sweet with him. He feels very comfortable ordering and paying without my help. They are very patient with him and it helps so much with his confidence and independence. Thank you so much!

I just enjoyed the best Cobb salad ever. I usually have to spend 10 minutes cutting up the salad. This salad came ready to eat. Delicious and excellent house dressing! I plan to return to try each of their salads😀Quality cafe! Thank you!!!!

Holy Hamlet this place is worth checking out! Although a hole in the wall in square footage, you're missing out if you call yourself a foody without grabbing a bite here. The homey/theatrical inspiring environment is a refreshing gem to experience. We enjoyed a turkey pesto style sandwich, Reuben, old school chicken noodle soup, and out of the box seat balcony fries with a hint of black pepper. The sandwiches and fries had a lite, perfect crunchy texture. Not only that, the company creates their own soda line that hit the spot. There's no heavy feeling after your meal and it's so warming to see the mellow and welcoming staff vibe. Be patient with the bustling staff as they really work to offer first class eating and service. If you don't like close spaces definitely get it Togo and enjoy some of the lovely scenic spots of Worcester. So glad we gave this place a shot and will for sure be back again. Continue supporting small businesses that make Worcester one of a kind.

The BEST quick lunch near the Common. I recommend it to anyone looking for a bite. I used to work at a bank around the corner and I ordered lunch here at least once a week, usually more. The Italian turkey panini is excellent, same with the crispy chicken sandwich. And always get the house chips over the fries!! I haven't worked at the bank in almost 2 years but I always stop at Theatre Cafe for lunch if I'm in the area for something else.

I got amazing service when I went into to Theatre Café! Jeanette is a sweet person who is charismatic and very sincere about her food! I ordered the thanksgiving dinner with their homemade chips. The food was stellar and the homemade chips are fantastic - I was pleasantly surprised. Ask for the spicy dipping sauce too! I will definitely be telling my friends about this place.

The food is amazing! The owners give the place its loving atmosphere and make each experience unique. During the ‘Rona times they had a limited menu and a phenomenal family style to go option. I can’t wait to get another tray of their chicken cutlets, they tasted just like my mothers!

I have come three times in the last month, and all three times have been extremely happy with the customer service, atmosphere and dining experience. I am especially impressed that my veggie hummus wrap with grilled vegetables was not soggy or falling apart, like many other places I've tried. The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. I recommend to everyone in Worcester!!! SO HAPPY!

Definition of hole in the wall this place is a true gem. The small shop looks and feels like home, the staff welcome you as the aromas entice your senses. You can taste the love in each bite and after multiple visits for lunch I find it to be consistently delicious. I suggest the Cubano, and def get the fries!

Really great food and service here. Worth a stop if you're in the area.
