TGI Fridays

Came here for lunch with my sis-in-law for her birthday. The service was awesome, and we got our food pretty fast. Everything was delicious! We got dessert too but we demolished the brownie before I could even take a picture lol. My only thing that would need fixing is to make sure the condiments on the table have something in them. Our ketchup bottle was basically empty, and it was dirty from ketchup splatters I’m presuming. Other than that, we enjoyed our lunch!!

Me and my sister came in two days in a row and each time Our waitress Jaylin was AMAZING!!! She was very attentive and extremely friendly! Making sure we were nothing but satisfied!! I absolutely loved her!!

The waitress Jaylin is so positive and friendly she made my experience so pleasant. This is only her second day and she is doing a amazing job. Make to go and ask for her she won't disappoint.

The waitress Isabella was great, always smiling and helpful. Food was hot even though it took a little bit. But over all I like going to this TGI Friday's. Need a few more staff members but overall me and my spouse enjoyed it.

We lost TGI Fridays in Utah, so I was thrilled to find one in Hampton Roads. The food was as great as I expected. Keep up the great work, and please don't leave this area.

Pleasant quick stop in. The place was clean, and the staff seemed exceptionally professional.

Had a few drinks & some very yummy Green Bean Fries for an appetizer. Pictured is my Barbados Rum Punch. It was excellent! Will definitely be ordering it again. Great place & great service too.

Customer service from the front door to being seated and the waitress were truly awesome. My food was served within ten minutes, and the waitresse was very attentive.

I love going to Fridays the food is amazing 10 out of 10 . There drinks are so refreshing . I met one of the managers His name was Mike he was excellent!!!!!!!!!

We met here 8 years ago. Sat in the same spot, reminiscing about what we wore and what we talked about. Service at the bar was outstanding on Halloween. Festive atmosphere. Just a lovely experience.

Ive noticed its hard to find a fridays anymore and im worried about that because this is my daughter's favorite restaurant. The sizzling chicken and cheese is to die for

Let me just say, the wait was long. But it was worth it. Their only cook walked out, and the manger was pulling the work load. Along with the bartender. She was very friendly and apologetic. Food was hot and tasted amazing. Thank you to the manger and the bartender for all you do.

I arrived around 430pm service was great I had an awesome server hate I don't remember his name he was prompt and courteous made sure my needs were met my food was great

Amazing service. The server and hostess were so sweet. we were greeted and seated shortly after walking in. The atmosphere was very inviting and the restaurant was pretty clean.
Our server always made sure we had what we needed and the food came out quick, hot and looking amazing. He checked on us often but not too often. We had a great time and good food. Definitely recommend and will come here again and hopefully more often.

The hostess, Breonna, ensured we were seated quickly and sent a waitress--Neomia--to the table in record time. The manager, Bobby prepared our meal so everything was ready in ~15-20 minutes and when their was an issue with the receipt Ana ensured it was corrected. Even when they are short-staffed, the service here is impeccable.

Bought a large Cobb salad. It had chicken
On it, so I added some sirloin steak to it.
The wait staff was really kind. The salad was so large I had to take the rest home.
I also had the fried green beans for an appetizer.

My husband and I have visited twice for lunch in the last 2 weeks. Once by ourselves, and once with our teenagers. Our first experience was so good that we went back again! I was especially impressed with the food quality on both trips. Some of the items ordered were entree salads, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and a chicken tenders entree. Everything was perfect! The salad ingredients were extremely fresh. The buns for the burgers and sandwiches are the best! The fries were always perfectly seasoned and piping hot. The portion sizes were generous and appropriate. And the wait staff/employees were professional and courteous. The food quality is better than many other restaurants in that general location with a similar style menu. Here it is all about the food quality. The restaurant was also very clean!

Leon is a pure joy. He greeted us and made us feel like we were the most important guests there. The wait staff was equally attentive. Had not been to Friday's in a while. Will return if we continue to be treated so well.

There was only one waiter there. The rest didn't show up for work. I wish I could remember the waiters name but he was fantastic. He told us up front that he was the only one, but he was going to give us his best service. It was a bit slower getting our food, but the food was hot and good, and our glasses never went dry. His did a wonderful job. I wish every establishment I went in had people like this waiter.
