The first UMC in Northern Virginia to publicly declare itself LGBT-friendly (i.e., a "reconciling congregation"), this church enjoys outreach and service to the community. If you enjoy singing, the choir welcomes all voices but needs male voices, especially. Practice is Thurs night for Sun mornings, Sept.-June.

This church found me a little over 2 years ago and I immediately fell in love with the people here! I've never been to a more genuinely welcoming and inclusive church. I was immediately brought into the fold and engaged in the many ministry opportunities. I 100% recommend!

We had a great present from the organization Just Neighbors who work with immigrants to find a path to citizenship. Talked about ways to help our immigrant neighbors.
