Parkway Diner

Great diner on Shrewsbury st. They have a lot of variations of the classic breakfast diner meal, and some more. I got the veggie frittata with added egg because I just needed a vegetable today. Great drip coffee too. There's a BBQ place down the road so the air always smells yummy while they have outdoor seating.

Worcester historic diner great atmosphere truly a one of a kind restaurant incredible food the Eggs cooked perfectly home fries were excellent the Italian toast they serve with. It was perfect I've been there many times always a great meal. Also the blueberry pancakes I would highly recommend if you want a big meal have the Italian breakfast. Also try the patriot.

This is a historical landmark, the place has been here forever, right in the center of what used to be little Italy in Worcester, now it is all Brazilian. Used to be neat to go into the dinner section to see all the old school Italian old men gather there when John the original owner used to cook on Sundays. John is still alive but too old to cook now, so his grandson has taken over. I love the food here, especially the hangover plate. I just don't like the service, those girls are not friendly and they only treat their friends well. It is worth a visit on a Sunday morning to sit at the dinner reminiscent of the good old days.

The food was amazing. The cooks 10/10 amazing the best. The waitress was amazing especially for a party of 14. Hands down the best place. Definitely gonna go back.

Great breakfast place with real homefries, hash and fresh brewed coffee. Generous portions. Padded booths. In nice weather, open air. Friendly servers. Front part of Diner w stools can be too hot in the summer. Sports bar section w booths, is always comfortable.

Really solid breakfast menu, great brunch alcohol options, waitstaff was wicked nice and overall had a great experience. Food was awesome and I will definitely be going back!

I gotta say… I love these tiny diners that are all around the city! Had a great breakfast outside on a beautiful Saturday morning. The staff was sooo friendly, and my egg sandwich and home fries were delicious *chefs kiss. It was the first time I’ve heard a Kaiser roll called a “bulky roll”. Let me be honest, I prefer that name. I’m just glad that old school diners like this are still around. Now that Worcester is my new favorite city, I plan on coming back regularly and eating more tasty breakfasts at the Parkway Diner!

We got John's Breakfast and the Country breakfast. $7.5 each.. so worth it. Fast service, good food and nownim reserving myself a date with my bed for food coma!

Large portions great place, make sure thou get there early enough as they are a busy place. It t is worth the visit.

Wait staff is great, good is amazing. It's really busy for breakfast on the weekends, but totally worth any wait!

My husband & I went today for the first time. The place has a neighborhood vibe which we both liked. Menu has tons of choices. We were each happy with our selection. Staff were attentive.

This is my favorite dinner! I've been going here for breakfast for over 20 years. It's now my daughter's favorite, too. She's 16 now, and they still make her Mikey Mouse shape chocolate chip pancakes, she loves it!

Omg! Finally a great diner in the Worcester area! My family and I have tried several places and hands down, Parkway has been the best!
We stopped in for my birthday on a Sunday. Pats game was on, tables open, no wait. Everybody (5 of us) ordered something different and it was all perfect. The service is great. The Mimosas were yummy.
So happy we found Parkway! We will be regulars

Food is always delicious! Walked in and was immediately greeted with “Good morning” from everyone who saw me. I really appreciated the warm welcome especially because it was so early in the day. The Italian Sausage Frittata is amazing!

This is one of my favorite places to grab brunch and probably one of the best in Worcester! The Patriot Breakfast is my favorite dish. The meatballs, chicken parm and antipasto are some great highlights on the menu.

My wife and I, took my stepson and his friend who were in from Finland and wanted to eat breakfast in a classic American dinner. Lucky for us the dinning car section was open, we seated ourselves at the counter on the original stools, and to our surprise John one of the 3 original owners was there. I been going to the Parkway since it opened in 1956. When it opened you could get a homemade meatball sandwich on a half of loaf of Italian bread for 25 cents. For me every time I come back to Worc, I have to stop by and have my favorite Italian breakfast, 2 eggs home fries and Italian sausage with extra red sauce over the eggs and sausage a coffee and Italian bread toast well done. In my opinion Parkway has the best breakfast and my quest agreed, they had omelets and pancakes. I'll be back as I've been for the last 66 years. Thank you John and the staff.
