Stayed Beachfront at the Island Beach Club unit 22 on Holmes beach. Super quiet beach, not crowed yet within walking distance to some shopping and food. Pool was super nice and the nightly sunsets were breathtaking. Highly recommend the building and the unit we stayed in.

Great rental, right on the gulf beach. Room had everything we needed and more. Rental mgmt staff was great when booking. No issues on our stay, had a great week. Beautiful sunsets!

The cottage was spacious and comfortable. Was nice to be able to stay in a place on the island that was not cookie cutter. Unique and a great experience. Thanks so much to the A Paradise team.

We had an amazing time, staying in Anna Maria for the entire month of June. The owner and the management company made our stay - a family of 5 - as easy as if we were staying in a second home! The condo was very well maintained, the location was exactly what we were looking for and the responsiveness to any requests was prompt and always resolved appropriately. You will not make a mistake by going with Paradise Vacation Rentals!

We loved staying here at Gulf Watch 205. It is super clean, great amenities. We will stay here again. We love having access to our own private beach. The pool was very clean also.

We enjoyed our stay at Bayview Condo D. We had a beautiful view of the water on the bay. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was refreshing.
The elevator was a little finicky but it was looked at when we called.

We are so happy that we invited our kids and grandkids to spend the week of our 50th wedding anniversary on Anna Maria Island in the beautiful home that we rented from A Paradise Vacation Rentals. The whole week past our expectations.

We stayed at a beachfront condo on Bradenton Beach with an outstanding view of the beach from the condo. The location was superb as the pristine white sandy beach was right at the bottom of the stairs from our condo.
The condo was dated with older furniture and contents, somewhat hard beds, undesirable pots and pans etc. but was clean, roomy and adequate.
A Paradise Realty was a great company to rent from and went above and beyond to accommodate us when we made a special request.

We stayed at Club Bamboo South in March. The apartment was small but quite comfortable with a great view of the Gulf. The heating/AC unit quit while we were there which caused minimum discomfort and the management, without our asking, gave us a small rebate from our cost to compensate That gesture was appreciated.
We enjoyed the stay and the location.

Condo was great! Very clean. Beach towels and chairs in condo, which is great when flying. They worked with us on the dates because our daughter was getting married on Anna Marie Island, and this is one reason we stayed there. They were so accommodating at a busy time. Also, the hurricane was coming through the night before we left. Our flights got delayed and they worked with us to have a late check-out! Can’t say enough to good things about A Paradise Vacation Rentals! Thank you!!!

Am a Florida resident and very familiar with different types of places in state. Came for a 4 day getaway and had an amazing experience. As mentioned, some of the decor is a little dated, but that's not what we were there for. Literally walk down the stairs, out the pool area, and right on the beach. The balcony looks right over the gulf, and is an amazing sight to wake up to.

The gulf facing doors are impact resistant, which also equates to silent once closed.

The unit was spotless, and some nice touches were included - beach towels, a corkscrew, styrofoam cooler, and umbrella. We didn't need them because we had brought our own, but it was a very nice touch.

We also took advantage of the charcoal grills, which were maintained and easy to use.

Would not hesitate to book again.

We were so excited to spend our family vacation on the Florida beach. We stayed in very nice place. It was very clean and homey, looked like some friends let us use their house. If I could put 10 stars I will definitely do it. Only awesome experience, lovely place, so close to the beach, everything what we needed we had there. I will definitely recommend 100%.

Stayed in condo during May 2021 and it was a perfect location for enjoying the beach and the island. Would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to my tools restaurants, grocery stores, the beach and more.washer and dryer worked great and we’re very convenient. Since you are in Florida and so close to the beach you will see palmetto bugs. If we left food out we also saw small bugs/ants so out your food away right away. If your stay is during the busy season be prepared for traffic during the day and at sunset. I recommend planning your trips to Bradenton/Sarasota so you can avoid the beach traffic. Stay was expensive for me but very reasonable considering the location and comparable rentals. If you have the money it is worth it, trust me.

I booked with this company for a rental for family and they were super helpful. Quick response to a few small issues, ice maker issue fixed with in 24 hrs and they are all about making sure their guests are looked after. I have been in property management myself since 1992 … i give them 5 stars on service. Thank you !

211 83rd Street in Holmes Beach is an outstanding property for 2 couples or a family of four.

Open floor plan, conveniently located, and quiet. The highlight was the outdoor area with heated pool (extra $$) , waterfall and palm trees that created a peaceful, relaxing, and tranquil zen space for contemplation and reflection until it was time to swim up to the pool bar to get our party on. Highly recommend this property and working for the fine, pleasant, and courteous staff at Paradise Rental.

My stay in Cottage #2 was absolutely perfect. The accommodations were lovely, with everything provided, spotless and new. The owners Joan and Olga greeted me when I arrived and were so kind in making sure I wanted for nothing during my week's stay. I was by myself and it felt like home. I loved the privacy of the unit and the swimming pool. Being just one block from the beach was so convenient for my morning and evening walks. I also enjoyed using the free trolley to ride around the island. I'm already planning my return to this little bit of paradise.

We stayed at Club Bamboo in May 2022 and the management at A Paradise Vacation Rentals was completely and kindly responsive to requests. Condo was comfortable and equipped with extra shelving in the kitchen and bath and grab bars in the bath. View absolutely fantastic.

We stayed at Paradise Cove Unit 11. We had a spectacular view of Sarasota Bay (?) on one side of the unit and the Gulf (no view) was just steps away and across the street on the other side. We watched the sunrise almost every day on the bay side and the sunset over the gulf each evening. This unit was in walking distance of the Bridge Street Pier which has shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment, fishing, beautiful views! The sofas in the unit were a little tired but other than that it was just perfect for us! We would definitely stay there again. We miss it so much already!

My family and I have been using A Paradise for years and have always found them professional and responsive. We have rented various places -- from houses to condos at the AMIC and Bamboo Club -- and have always enjoyed them. They also worked with us last year during covid to transfer a reservation so that it was safer to travel to Florida. Kind, compassionate and quality service every time.

Stayed at Runaway Bay and the place was awesome. AParadise was very helpful with questions. The place was well furnished and clean. It was close to the beach and trolley stops so it was super easy to get around. Extremely happy with APardise and have already rented from them for 2023! I highly recommend them.
