I had a great experience. On the day of installation, Ramon arrived on time and got right to work. They were efficient, tidy, and clearly experts in their field. The installation went smoothly, and the plumber even took the time to show us how to adjust the temperature and troubleshoot any potential issues.

We couldn't be happier with our new tankless water heater, and we're so grateful to Michael & Sons for making the process so easy.

David did an excellent job hanging my ceiling fans. He was very personable and did a great job explaining the new ceiling fans. I’d definitely call back to have David perform additional electrical work. Thanks Michael & Son!

After three different techs came to our house to rectify are hot water issue, unsuccessfully, Aldo came and diagnosed and fixed it. He also offered us a military discount on the price. His expertise is very much appreciated because all everyone else seemed to offer was extra stuff we did not need, like a whole new water heater. Our water heater is only 2 years old, so why would we spend thousands of dollars when the fix would only cost a few hundred. Thanks Aldo!!

Oliver did a great job locating the source of our electrical issue. He explained everything that he was doing and made sure I understood. We've always had good luck with Michael and Sons. Their electricians and plumbers have always been thorough, respectful of the property, and they do quality work. They will also give you estimates for future work you may be considering, but there's never a hard sell or pressure to get extra work done.

Khaleel is the absolute BEST electrician! He came out to replace 4 ceiling fans, replace a light fixture, install Ring floodlight cameras, change our smoke detectors, and change a high light bulb. He did the many jobs in a very reasonable amount of time. He is very friendly and knows what he's doing, he even answered all of my questions about how things worked! Even though it was raining outside, it didn't put a damper on his mood. I forgot to take before pictures, but these are some of the afters.
I'd definetly recommend calling and asking for him specifically if you can. Thank you, Kahleel!

I absolutely love M&S. Just had new electrical work performed by Khaleel Dawood. He was patient with all my questions. Super professional. Flexible when I needed to change some of the requested work. His work was clean and highly organized. Finally, he was able to keep any drywall work to the absolute minimum and worked VERY clean. 5 out of 5 would absolutely recommend.

Alex was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. He was patient and provided an explanation of all tasks before starting the work. He did an awesome job installing an outdoor outlet. Truly a magician with the wiring and outlet location. Would definitely recommend Michael and Son for any electrical work…they are pros!!

Service by Michael and Son for my plumbing problem was prompt, skilled, and very helpful. The cause of the problem was explained and corrected to my full satisfaction.
AC inspection by Michael & Son was also very helpful. System was working well but needed surge protector for outside unit and water detector inside. Both installed promptly and efficiently.

I had my first experience with Michael & Son today, and it was a good one! I was so pleased with the thorough and friendly service I received from Joel Gonzalez. He fixed my outlet wiring problem and restored safety to my living room electrical set up in no time. He also checked a couple of other outlets for me. Thanks to Joel, I now have peace of mind!

My second time using this company and they were excellent. David was very personable and professional. Helped me correct a potentially dangerous electrical problem. I’m a transplant to this area and I really recommend Michael and sons. I don’t usually do these but I always have a hard time with finding really good companies. Finally I found one that has earned it.

Needed an electrician to fix some outlets around my house. Joel was great. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and was incredibly friendly and patient with my questions. I will be using this company again thanks to Joel’s kindness and professionalism!

Maurice was very professional from day one. He came in explained everything that had to be done and walked me through the entire process. We asked a lot of questions and he never got mad or changed; he answered every question and made sure we were clear and understood everything. I would definitely recommend him and the Michael and Son team for sure!

Douglas and his assistant were absolutely on point. They arrived, introduced themselves and went straight to work. The job was completed in no time flat. We always have a good experience with Michael and Son technicians, but just wanted to say that our Julio Bran’s electrical inspection visit today was a real standout. Julio’s expertise and customer focus were exemplary. Looking forward to working again with M&S!

Hands down Cesar was the best! He came the same day and was able to help us out with disconnecting our gas stove. He was on time and very professional and returned as promised at the time he said he would be here to reinstall it after the work was done. I will use him again for sure!

As someone who demands high standards and transparency from service providers, I've had my share of disappointing experiences with HVAC and plumbing companies. Before discovering Michael & Son, I felt let down and even ripped off by other companies. I've dealt with technicians who were easily offended when I simply asked for explanations about the work being done. But that all changed when I turned to Michael & Son.

From the moment Chris stepped in as my inspector, the difference in quality and service was palpable. Unlike my previous experiences, Chris was not only skilled and knowledgeable but also patient and respectful. He took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, ensuring I understood and was comfortable with the work being done.

I am truly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that Michael & Son have shown me. It's refreshing to feel genuinely cared for by a service provider. Appointment was for 3-6pm. Oscar had a cancelation and was able to come 3 hrs early. Oscar took the time to understand the situation, performed several test and explained everything along the way. He recommends a few different routes in order to fix my electrical issues instead of only talking about the most expensive one.

We were very pleased with the service Larry provided on his initial visit. He was on-time, introduced himself to us and quickly went to work. He evaluated our situation regarding our generator, and made suggestions on how we should proceed. We agreed and can't wait for his return to complete the project.

Wow! Byron is amazing. So glad we found him. He is patient, efficient, and provides outstanding service. He treats your home like it’s his, and he explained everything in easy-to-understand ways. EDITED to add after multiple appointments - We’ve been using M&S for all of our home needs since we’ve moved in and have been nothing but impressed with the technicians and the company. It feels so good to not have to worry about maintenance with their maintenance program, and the information and pictures that they give me helps me feel like I’m making informed decisions. Mr. Dawod, an electrician, was professional and efficient. He gave me two options to choose from and did an additional job I requested. He provided pictures of the work he did. Michael and Sons are not budget by any means but we needed several jobs done quickly, we called and they provided the techs in a timely manner. They were able to provide estimates on the spot. We are very pleased.
