Trader Joe's

Springfield Trader Joe's has the most helpful, positive, high-quality employees. Rarely can I give a 100% satisfaction guaranteed when it comes to employees who represent their brand. Springfield Trader Joe's is one. I frequently call to track down items before leaving the house, and the staff always check on availability with a positive attitude and accuracy. I am happy and grateful that they are my neighborhood's Trader Joe's.

I always go to this particular Traders Joe’s; it is on my way to work. They get very busy sometimes but they will try to move the lines faster. Very helpful, friendly staff. They have all kinds of assortments specialty products. I walk in there just to see what new products they have.

I love TJ’s! Every trip consists of snacks or some type of spice product. This month it seems like truffle is quite popular with many items containing some form of truffle. For frozen products, unfortunately the chocolate covered banana slices were quite gross and I wouldn’t suggest purchasing. They also had these everything but the bagel kettle chips and that was a hit! Grab a few bags as they’ll go quick!

Love the convenience of this location, it allows me to get all my errands done within a few blocks. Employees are always nice, store is stocked, and everything is ready to find.

This relatively small store is packed with good things to buy at very competitive prices. There's an impressive selection of wine, cheese and bread, and an array beautiful inexpensive flowers to brighten the room or table. No need to go elsewhere for fresh fruit and vegetables. Very friendly and helpful staff. A really great place to shop.

Incredible customer service here @ Trader Joe's even on a Friday evening. There's real hospitality I miss from my native GA so I genuinely look forward to each shopping day in the plaza. Happy Holidays!!! 🍂❤ 🎁

The best grocery store has so many of my favorites- mini ice cream cones, fruit yogurt, white cheddar corn puffs and so much more. And, friendly and helpful staff. One just cannot go wrong for shopping this awesome store In Springfield Virginia

It wasn't very stocked on the day I went but service was great.

The local competition is heating up. Staff were friendly as usual. Store aisle appear to have been widened or lots of clutter removed. With high end whole foods and Giant nearby they have upped their game.

My go to grocery store. I love their seasonal products. Now this TJ is very conveniently next to a Whole Foods.

Cozy and selection are great for specific needs. I'm just saddened that this location is transferring. This is a great location and store size is just enough for the need.

I have been to this Trader Joe’s several times now and have a good feel for every-time of the day almost. Overall the staff is exactly what you expect from Trader Joe’s, absolutely fantastic! This Trader Joe’s is very busy, but the staff keep the store clean and well stocked. I have left with a Smile every visit!

Is small and kept really neat and clean. Cashier was very friendly. I got some red roses which were very beautiful.

I do commend Ford for his extra customer service when I was looking for shrimp and grits it wasn’t for him I walk out very sad without them. We need more employees like him
