Matt cornia In your nuclear heart stress test department was amazing. Explain the process very well.
And was there every step of the way and trust me. I thought I was gonna panic attack twice. HE was very comforting and made.
The process a lot easier, so thank you very much.

Dr. Miller and his staff, in particular Dena, are uniformly excellent. They are informative and personable. Appointments happen when scheduled. Results are provided promptly.

I credit Dr. Miller with saving my life twice. 1st the cardiac condition that was discovered and resolved immediately by a cardiac procedure. 2nd on my 18 month check up Dr. Miller noticed on my blood test there was an anomaly that required further diagnosis from another specialist outside of cardiac treatment. That diagnosis circumvented a problem that would have eventually lead to very serious condition later. Regarding the staff, I find them all to be very helpful and courteous. The other reviews I think are very unfair to the office in general. Dr. Miller and his team are all very interested in the service they provide and have instituted surveys and request feedback to insure they are providing the best care possible. I highly recommend Intermountain Heart Center.

Been going to Dr. Miller and Dr. Ballentine since I was 18 years old, I'm 25 now and they still are so amazing to me, so patient, so friendly and always listening and taking all heart issues that arise as an emergency. Best care team in the world!!!!!😍

I would have given ZERO stars if I could have!! Almost 3 weeks and counting since my husband had his echo and stress test. We are still waiting for Dr. Miller to review them. My husband and our PC call almost daily and are told it will be done and we will send the report today but everyday we have to call back cause it is not done!! This is unacceptable & the WORST patient care we have ever received. I would recommend going else where if you can.

I was at your location for an echo stress test on Tuesday, March 21, 2017. When I arrived, I greeted the blonde girl at the registration and she ignored me, she continued doing whatever she was doing and it wasn't until she was done that she finally said, what is your name. She then proceeded to give me documents that I have already signed and faxed over to your facility to save time and speed up the process since I was already late. She stated that she did not know anything about and that I had to do it. I told her that I had talked to the person I faxed the info to and she verified that all documents were received and in my file. This person excuse was, I'm just doing my job, this is my second week working here. I believe that when it comes to clients we all should be greeted and not being ignored like I was that day. I know we all can have stressful days at work, I myself am a Paralegal and have to deal with tons of clients, work, etc. Also, the lady that performed my echo was standing behind the desk when all of this was taking place and she was not rude but not kind either. Finally, even though I liked Dr. Miller, I do not want to be a patient at your facility after I received such a poor service.

This office is a total nightmare. My worst experience was with the lady in their billing department, who I am too polite to call out by name. I asked what the repayment options were and her response was "well we can send you to collections or put you on a payment plan". So nice. At one point she hung up on me. When I called and asked for someone else to help me, she says "you must not have a job", and, the "world doesnt revolve around you". I asked for a supervisor, which she said she didnt have, but that there was an office manager that conveniently wouldnt come to the phone. I left them my phone number to call me back, no call received. All the while, my bill states that a different insurance company was billed than the one i actually have.....I understand that mistakes happen on bills, but there is absolutely no excuse for being quite that rude. If I ever have heart problems again, I think I would rather just die than deal with their terrible billers again.

If I was rating just Dr. Miller, I’d give the place five stars. Dr. Miller is kind and thoughrough. But I had the displeasure of seeing Dr. Simcoviak twice and was informed that only Obiese patients have PE’s, only obiese patients have problems with Edema, only obiese patients have to have joints replaced etc. (Though in the next breath, he as a thin person did recently have a knee replacement.) I guess all you thin patients out there if you have any health problems it must actually be all in your head, because you couldn’t possibly have any health issues or if you do it is actually because you must be obiese.
