I had my wedding dress altered here after a friend recommended it to me. Alterations were perfect and reasonably priced compared to what the bridal boutique was charging me. The customer service was great and everything ran smoothly and timely. After my wedding, the bottom of my dress was absolutely disgusting so I brought it back for them to clean it for me. I was so impressed. I honestly expected for my dress to come back clean but permanently stained since I waited quite a while before taking it in. My dress looks brand new, better then I ever expected. Thank you so much for taking care of my dress and making the entire alterations process stress free. I recommend this place to anyone, especially brides looking for more reasonable pricing. Adding some pictures to show how dirty my dress was and how I got it back.

I have been going here for 15 years. Quality is always consistent and prices are great considering the area. Front counter always has a smile on her face. I will continue to recommend this cleaners to everyone and anyone I run into that needs dry cleaning done. Why are you still reading this review and not RUNNING to drop off your clothes?

Best cleaning

I wasn’t going to write a review but I get so mad every time I put my coat on. I took my expensive wool Aritzia pea coat here for the first ever dry clean. I wanted to support a local business in my neighborhood. My coat had a stain and when I picked it up the stain was gone but a hole had replaced it. This was an expensive coat and I’m very upset. I will not be going here again and unfortunately I would not recommend it to others.

I brought them a shirt for regular wash, the shirt had writings on it.
Came back later to find out that they scraped out the writing from the shirt and gave it to me as nothing ever happened! Their negligence just cost me an expensive shirt that is not obtainable any more! I have never ever seen in my life a dryclean shop that not only cant dryclean but also damage items that were perfectly fine! below is the before and after!!!

Very disappointed. 1st time i went there to get a zipper changed and when i went for pick up, they gave me a more expensive price than the original price given.
2nd time i went there, took a trench coat for clean and a simple stain on the collar didn't even come out. Bad job cleaning out and yet i still paid. Never going there again 😡😡😡

We have taken 3 items here to be dry cleaned and they all came back with the original stains. We took them back to be re-cleaned and they STILL had the same stains. The clothes also smelled bad. I’m pretty sure they didn’t even clean any of them. I can do a better job cleaning and removing stains than this place and this is their business. I’m so mad we paid a lot of money for nothing
