Highly recommend The Plumbing Express. I had a broken sump pump and they were able to schedule right away and offered a competitive price. Technicians arrived on time, were friendly and professional. They explained all possible options and suggested replacement for what fit my needs. There was No pressure sales tactics at all! While they were here I asked if they could look at a loose toilet and a few other items listed on my inspection report. They checked everything for me and all agreed repairs, including the sump pump, were done on the spot. I can not say enough great things about the level of service received. It was exceptional. Jason and Jay were the technicians and they were knowledgeable, didn't mind my crazy dogs, friendly, and professional. Overall best service experience.

Can not thank plumbing express enough and highly recommend them. They offer military discount, they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Mike was amazing. On other occasions we have had Jason and James, they are all so professional and kind, they do not rush they are honest and trustworthy and the lady who booked our appointment we want to applaud her customer service. She went above and beyond and got us an earlier appointment due to our circumstances, I believe her name is Jen, they keep you updated the whole time, they text you when they are on their way text with appointment reminders and even if their is inclement weather and the technicians need extra time to get out. The Plumbing Express once again went out of their way to support the work I needed completed. Jason provided exceptional and timely service. Our family is SO grateful to Plumbing Express for the installation of our new well pump and pressure tank after we discovered we had no water. Jason and his apprentice, James, came and took care of everything for us so that we had water by this evening (I called Plumbing Express this morning!). They were terrific!
They diagnosed the problem right away and provided me with the most cost-effective means to correct it, working hard to install the new tank and well pump so we'd have water the same day I had called. Calling to make an appointment was easy and they even offered same day service, which I did not need for my problem and made an appointment for a later date

I received a text regarding my appointment time and date. I also received a reminder text the day before and also when our technicians Jason and James were on the way.

Jason and James are very professional and were on time. Jason discovered our leak quickly, gave us options on repairs, and did the repair in a timely manner.

He kept us informed every step of the way, including calling me on the weekend to let me know an ordered part had arrived early and they could do the repair earlier then expected.

What an amazing company and experience! From the moment I called until the end of the fix. I've only ever had one other plumbing company that I could recommend, ever.
They were prompt in being able to come out, identified the problem, explained the fix needed, gave me the cost and then made the repair. Beyond professional, exemplary customer service - both Mike the owner and the professional plumber Curtis who made the repairs. So wonderful - having them back out to look at the rest of our pipes to replace and upgrade - I wouldn't trust that to just anyone. Excellence on each aspect you would need in a plumbing company!

Having a holiday plumbing emergency is not fun. My well motor died and I had no water. Jason Richard provided same day service and repaired my well pump. I was very satisfied with and definitely would call them again. Great service!

Jason was wonderful. We had a large plumbing job that cost lots of money. He did a wonderful install of everything we needed. Through it all, he was very kind and helpful. We could not ask for better.

Jason and crew of Plumbing Express did an outstanding job fixing my broken sump pump pipes outside. We were close to a near water back up in the basement! Those guys hand dug a trench in my yard (in January) 120 ft.long 12 “ deep to get the perforated pipe out and new pipes installed all in one day to fix the problem! Way to go guys! Super effort and much appreciated! 5 star rating in my book!

Had a non-emergency item we had been dealing with for months. Finally gave them a call and they responded almost immediately. We're extremely quick to get me scheduled and arrive the same day as contacted. Clean, courteous, and thorough. Glad to have a business close by we can trust and count on. Plus this team truly supports and gives back to their community which says so much about their integrity.

Michael Butts was extremely professional in handling our leak and what we needed to do as far as taking care of the insurance claim. Their service fee was very fair compared to other plumbers in the area and was able to come out in just a couple hours after I called.

What outstanding service! Jason and James fixed my kitchen faucet, advising me what to buy, answering questions, then returning to install smoothly. These guys are great. I will definitely use them for all future plumbing issues.
